Won a pair of 4-runner novices on first 2 starts last year, though was down the field in a pair of listed races to end the campaign. However, with this season's return behind her she got back on track when third of 11 in handicap at Goodwood (good to soft) 12 days ago.
Three of her 4 wins have come at Chester, the latest in a heavy ground seller in September. Ran well in the face of a stiff task when mid-field in a Group 3 at Newmarket 2 weeks ago, so the return to handicap company should be more suitable.
Fairly useful form at 2 yrs, placed in listed race at this course (7f, heavy), before landing the odds in maiden at Bath (1m, good to soft) in April. Found things tough back up in grade since, though, and ran poorly in handicap at Doncaster (7f) on latest outing.
Winner of a Curragh maiden in September 2024 on second start on the Flat. Fairly useful form over hurdles for this yard since, including listed success at Doncaster in January last year. Off 19 months (has had another breathing operation) ahead of handicap debut in this sphere. Tongue strap on.
Made second handicap start a winning one at Redcar (1¼m) in May and much improved form in defeat when second at Sandown next time. Travelled well upped to 1½m when length fourth of 6 at Goodwood in August, so she's well worth another chance returned to shorter.
Stepped forward from her debut when second of 3 in novice at Nottingham in June. However, after 3 months off she failed to repeat that effort when down the field at Kempton 16 days ago. Has work to do as she goes handicapping.
Left debut form behind when winning a Kempton maiden (11f) in January, though had the run of the race. Was too free when last of 5 in handicap over the same C&D next time and absent 8 months since ahead of first run after leaving Andrew Balding.
Continued her race-by-race progression when making all on handicap debut at Salisbury (soft) in September. Followed up at Kempton (11f) just 3 days later, before putting up another good effort there when second in 9-runner contest 18 days ago. Can make another bold bid.
Made a successful handicap debut at Nottingham (8.5f, good to soft) in April and doubled her tally at Goodwood (1¼m) in August, awarded the race after suffering interference. Possibly needed the outing back at Nottingham 16 days ago, so this run should reveal more.
Maiden winner at this course (6f) on debut last year but without a victory since. Made the frame in a 6f Newmarket handicap in June but below form in 3 subsequent outings, down the field at Nottingham (1¼m) 16 days ago.
All 6 career victories at Bath, recording back-to-back soft ground wins last season. Got off the mark for the current campaign when overcoming trouble in running 15 days ago, though this is tougher as she goes back up in grade.
Winner of 7f maiden at Salisbury in June and resumed progress when second in a Wolverhampton handicap (9.5f) last month. Not disgraced up in grade when mid-field over this C&D next time, but disappointed at Kempton (11f) 18 days ago.
Placed twice from 3 starts in maidens for Mrs J. Harrington and has worked her back to form for current yard, running well when 2¼ lengths fourth of 9 to Albus Anne on handicap debut at Bath 15 days ago. More needed in this contest.
Made appeal on paper and showed promise when third in a Kempton maiden (1m) on debut in January. Similar form in only 2 starts since, left poorly placed when fifth of 13 at Southwell (11f) last month. Capable of better now handicapping on turf (bred to cope with testing ground).

Forecasts
Ammoony (10/3), Albus Anne (4/1), Sax Avoidance (5/1), Patagonia Girl (7/1), Aequitas (7/1), Belfrina (7/1), Kokoluna (16/1), Church Wedding (16/1), Hatta Romance (20/1), Helga (25/1), Lucky Luna (25/1), Mathoura (33/1), Ourbren (33/1), Sapphire Steps (50/1)
AMMOONY went the right way in her first 3 handicap starts before seeming stretched by the step up to 1½m at Goodwood last time, so she is taken to resume her progress back down in trip. She gets the vote ahead of Church Wedding, who remains with potential as she heads into handicaps, while Sax Avoidance could also be in the mix.
