Didn't show a lot for a couple of contrasting yards in 2025 and shaped as if needing the outing, back from 10 months off, when respectable fifth of 12 in handicap at this course (6f) 17 days ago. This run should reveal more.

It's now 18 runs since last win in 2025 and he rarely threatened in early part of this year. Returns from 3-month absence with something to prove.

Finally took advantage of a much-reduced mark over C&D in July before respectable third under a penalty at Wolverhampton a week later. Not in same form at Catterick since but can't be ruled out here.
