Confirmed the promise of her sole 2-y-o start when a good winner of a 7f maiden here 18 days ago. This is obviously a massive step up in class but she's a filly with a good deal of potential.

Highly tried after making a winning debut here and emerged with plenty of credit when hitting the frame in C&D Fillies' Mile and Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf in the autumn. Arrives on the back of a positive prep win in the Nell Gywn here (7f) so expected to make her presence felt.

Sister to Alpha Centauri and closely related to Alpine Star, both high-class milers. Edged out Tuesday in maiden at the Curragh and took a big step forward when winning Moyglare Stud there on final 2-y-o start. Is a fine physical specimen and appeals as the type to do even better at 3 yrs.

Has done remarkably well from humble beginnings but she's not up to this level.

Saw off Cachet to win the Rockfel here (7f) in September before finishing a creditable fifth in Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies' Turf at Del Mar. However, just respectable 4¼ lengths third (under a 3 lb penalty) to Cachet in Nell Gwyn here on return so has work to do.

Landed a Leopardstown maiden in impressive fashion in June and took a small step forward when 2¾ lengths second of 5 in Group 3 there a month later. Took form to another level when 6-length winner of listed race at Dundalk on return. This demands plenty more, but she remains with potential.

Progressed well at 2 yrs, overcoming the rise in class when winning Group 2 at Chantilly (6f, soft) in October. Proved stamina for this trip with an excellent second in Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf and made a very satisfactory reappearance when beating Zellie in Group 3 at Deauville. Player.

Likeable filly who was steadily progressive last year, ending the season with a fine second in the Fillies' Mile (16/1) at this C&D (good to soft), making most and finishing in front a few of these. Not to be underestimated at a big price.

Won first 3 starts, notably Albany at Royal Ascot and Group 2 on the July Course. Good placed efforts in Lowther at York and Cheveley Park here since but needs to improve for the step up to 1m to trouble the principals (raced only at 6f).

Overcame inexperience to make a winning debut at Naas and produced a remarkable performance on just her second start when swooping from off the pace to win Cheveley Park here (6f, good to firm) 6 months later. Dam's side of pedigree offers encouragement she'll stay this far so bold bid expected.

Highly-regarded sister to 1000 Guineas winner Minding who was only just edged out by the more experienced Discoveries at the Curragh on sole 2-y-o start. Landed the odds with a good deal to spare in 17-runner maiden at Naas on return and remains open to significant improvement.

Quickly made up into a useful filly last season, the highlight of which was her Grade 1 success in Canada. Behind a few of these when fifth in the Fillies' Mile over C&D on final 2-y-o start but booked her place for this when winning the Fred Darling at Newbury on return.

Out of a half-sister to 1000 Guineas winner Speciosa. Showed much-improved form to win the Prix Marcel Boussac at Longchamp (1m, soft) on her final 2-y-o start and made a respectable return when 1½ lengths second to Malavath in Group 3 at Deauville (7f). Return to 1m will suit and not taken lightly.

Verdict

TENEBRISM looked potentially out of the top drawer when swooping from last to first in the Cheveley Park here in September on what was only her second career start and the way she powered home suggests this trip should be within her compass. She'll need a bit of luck in running to pull off similar tactics but is taken to provide Aidan O'Brien with a sixth win from the last 7 renewals. Discoveries boasts an excellent profile and must be respected, as does the selection's stablemate Tuesday.
