Wins in his turn, happiest at his beloved Wolverhampton but has turf wins to his name too; this ground has never been his preferred surface though, and leaves him vulnerable today; others preferred.
Has run well on two of her three starts to date, best effort coming on debut at Bath (quick ground); untried with cut in the ground, but open to more improvement this season and on that alone, worth a second look.
Four wins in 28 starts but this trip ideal, and handles plenty oif cut, so has those points going for him straight away; of more concern is the fact he always seems to need a run or two to put himself straight, which tempers enthusiasm a little.
Just the two wins in 28 starts, so no win machine, but does seem to handle ground with some cut in it, and seemed to stay this trip when tried at it towards the end of last year;on a fair mark now and cannot be totally discounted.
Useful bit of bumper form when second to Ocean Wind at Huntingdon last November, and then forced a dead-heat at Southwell when switched to the Flat; very poor effort on final start needs forgiving, but he is open to improvment this year.
Only win to date came on quick ground at York back in 2018, and it has to be of some concern that she appears to have been kept away from ground with cut in it; yard have made a fair start after the break though, and this mark is not beyond her.
Have to go back to 2017 to find the last time he got his head in front, although on the plus side this trip ideal, and he handles soft ground no issue; bottom line though is that he's just hard to win with now, and others readily make more appeal.
Rattled off a hat-trick of wins last summer (on ground ranging from heavy to good to firm) but went a bit quiet after that; this trip will ask a new question of her, and she may well need the run regardless; bit more to do today.
Second run for new yard, first one coming over hurdles at Warwick in January, achieved little; yet to try this far on the Flat, new headgear and now a tongue-tie added as well, all of which makes her look rather risky.
Won a little novice hurdle at Catterick in January and almost followed up in a jumpers bumper at Wolverhampton, beaten a short head; no problem with the ground and has gone well after a break before; looks one of the more interesting ones.
Hard to find too many positives in his five starts to date, and he was pulled up over hurdles on first start for this yard last December; has had a wind operation and been gelded since then, but a lot to take on trust now.

Forecasts
Sudona (5/1), The Dancing Poet (5/1), Delph Crescent (6/1), Howzer Black (7/1), Makthecat (7/1), Brown Honey (7/1), I'lletyougonow (7/1), Squelch (7/1), Kermouster (16/1), The Throstles (22/1), Capton (22/1), Fiery Mission (66/1)
Not many of these have form on the forecast ground, and the two that make the most appeal are Howzer Black and THE DANCING POET, both of whom seem to handle the ground and the latter just gets the vote, as she might be a little more forward than her rivals. Brown Honey will be a threat if handling the ground, and if Delph Crescent is fit, he could easily pose a threat to all.
