Infrequent winner but likes these conditions and remains attractively handicapped at 7lb below his last win. Ran well on soft ground at Thirsk on his reappearance and likely to be competitive again on a faster surface.
Last two wins have come over this C&D and now 1lb lower than the last of them. Needs to bounce back from two poor runs at Pontefract and Thirsk and would prefer a much softer surface.
Enjoyed a fruitful campaign on the AW but below that level in two runs back on turf. All nine career wins have come over a furlong further and may find this trip on the sharp side.
Lightly-raced and posted a clear career best when winning in similar conditions at Musselburgh this month. Just 3lb higher but is going the right way and hit the line as though there is more to come. Rates a leading contender.
Off the mark on start 23 when winning in a grade lower at Newcastle (AW) but below that in two starts up to this class since. The conditions are fine but others look more convincing at this level.
Twice a winner at Newcastle (AW) in late 2017 but without a success since. Best effort on turf when a well held third over 6f at Thirsk latest but that came in selling company and now faces a stiff task.
11-time winner from 107 starts including over this C&D and remains competitively handicapped in conditions that suit. Has hit form with two placed efforts and likely to make a bold bid from the front. Looks a leading player.
Veteran of 119 races and seeking win number 10. C&D winner in similar conditions back in 2014 but despite falling mark is without a success since 2017. Solid fourth on stable debut at Thirsk but raced on the favoured side and this requires more.
Six-race maiden has been poor in four starts up to a mile since joining this yard from Roger Varian. First try at the minimum trip and remains best watched.
Just two wins (both on the AW at Newcastle) from 28 starts but on a losing run stretching back to 2017. Suited by this drop in distance but hard to fancy after two very poor runs this year.
11lb lower than sole win from 25 starts but that came in June 2017. Third in a classified stakes on her second run back this season but likely to find this tougher back in handicap company.
Handles these conditions but despite much reduced mark his losing run stretches back to September 2017. Barring a reappearance on the fibresand, he continues to race to a consistent level and place possibilities again.
Ended a long losing run when winning a basement level handicap at Wolverhampton (AW) in January and now 1lb lower. Former C&D but has been struggling in this grade on his last four starts and others preferred.
Just two wins in 46 starts with both coming at Pontefract in 2016 and 2017. Not disgraced on his return but struggled back on turf at Hamilton and remains hard to fancy..
Now 6lb lower than sole win from 20 starts and just moderate form from two runs on the fibresand this year. Conditions are fine but improvement needed to be competitive.

Point Of Woods isn't one to get carried away for win purposes but has conditions to suit and should be involved. Boudica Bay has more upside than the majority of these and ran on strongly to post a second career win last time. PEARL NOIR is blessed with plenty of speed and could take some catching after recently hitting form.
- Pearl Noir
- Boudica Bay
- Point Of Woods
