Has won twice here and yet to finish outside the first three in eight starts at the course. Only narrowly denied from 1lb higher in the handicap in August and capable of running well again with a useful apprentice in the saddle.
Three-time C&D winner who has won six times already this year. Failed to back up a Chelmsford win back at that course last time but rates as the type to bounce back.
Has two wins from 11 career starts including an AW success at Kempton. Back on her last winning mark and related to AW winners so can't be ruled out if she handles the surface on handicap debut here.
Gained a second win in five career starts here in January. Not been seen since but plenty to like about the manner of that success and left on the same mark by the handicapper. Wears first-time hood.
Impressive when winning on his reappearance at Doncaster (well-backed) and followed up at Sandown. Step up to 6f didn't suit last time but capable of going well and there's a chance he will act on this surface given he's out of a Street Cry mare.
Ran okay on his sole start at this course back in August and while the losing run is mounting up now, he's well-handicapped as a result. Worth giving another chance to at this venue.
Only narrowly denied over C&D earlier in the year and he's dropped 6lb in the handicap since that run. Produced a perfectly respectable fourth of 10 last time out at Wolverhampton and can't be ruled out.
Has won two of his three starts at this course, all over this trip. Has his first run since wind surgery and has needed the run on his return from an absence in recent times. Opposable from the low draw.
He's a five-time winner on turf but yet to win in seven AW starts. No guarantee he will go on this surface on Fibresand debut and others preferred.
In good form throughout much of 2018 and deservedly got her head back in front at Kempton last time from a career high mark. Not guaranteed to appreciate the switch to Fibresand but she's a live player if she does, up just 2lb in the handicap.
Has won two of his 11 starts and both his runs on AW at Newcastle have been encouraging. Yard do well with their sprinters and he should run well provided he handles the surface on Fibresand debut.
Won his maiden over C&D but he's been very inconsistent since and he's disappointed in his trio of AW outings recently. Hard to fancy from this sort of mark at present.
Won on AW at Deauville and hinted at a return to form with a placed effort at Kempton last time. Capable from this mark and ran well on sole try here.
C&D winner at the start of the year but seemed to lose his way in a handful of starts before joining this yard. May be best watched on his return.
Forecasts
Saaheq (15/8), Jack Taylor (7/1), East Street Revue (9/1), Puds (9/1), Tricky Dicky (11/1), Arzaak (12/1), Joegogo (12/1), Rumshak (16/1), Glamorous Rocket (16/1), Cool Spirit (20/1), Something Lucky (22/1), Landing Night (25/1), Our Lord (25/1), Gift In Time (40/1)
There's a decent chance that SAAHEQ will act on Fibresand and Micky Appleby's charge looks certain to appreciate the drop back to the minimum distance here. Jack Taylor can't be ruled out if he can build on his latest effort while Tricky Dicky could be the main danger with a talented apprentice claiming 5lb.
- Saaheq
- Jack Taylor
- Tricky Dicky
