Enhanced excellent Newcastle record when gaining third win (all 7f) in June, driven out. Off since but 3 lb rise looks perfectly fair and he should be as effective over 6f.
Fair maiden. Placed in all-weather handicaps on his first two runs for this yard but unable to continue the good work since, albeit he wasn't seen to best effect at Ayr.
Runner-up twice at Newcastle late last year. Yet to come close to that in 2026 and hopes rest on return to the all-weather.
Minor promise only in 5-race career but he has a better draw to work with than at Ayr last time.
Didn't show much in a couple of starts for James Owen and sold for 1,000gns, he didn't show much more in his final qualifying run. Back over 6f for handicap debut.
Found plenty to get off the mark over 7f at Wolverhampton in June. Shaped quite well on his last 2 starts and he can be a factor again, for all the drop to 6f isn't an obvious move.
Surprise winner (40/1) of 6f Redcar nursery last September. Yet to really kick on in 2026 so a visor needs to perk him up.
Fair 3-y-o maiden who ran poorly on final outing for Richard and Peter Fahey in July. Subsequently sold for 3,500 gns and little short-term promise for new yard over C&D 2 weeks ago. Blinkers employed.
Still doesn't look the finished article after 4 starts but made a reasonable fist of handicap debut when third over 5f here 39 days ago. Return to 6f will suit and he has a bigger performance in him.
Didn't show a lot for a couple of contrasting yards in 2025. Off 10 months ahead of this handicap debut upped to 6f.
Free-going type who's won twice around 7f at Ayr/Catterick this year. Ran her best race returned to sprinting at Thirsk (6f) at the beginning of the month and latest Redcar run easy to draw a line through.
Qualifying runs over 7f during the spring weren't devoid of promise. Potential improver now handicapping back from a break so one to monitor in the market.

SURGEON COMMANDER was better than ever when recording his third win at Newcastle in June and with the return to 6f not expected to pose a problem, he may prove too streetwise for these. Yes Waliim is an obvious threat, with Society Charm the potential improver in the line up.
