Successful 3 times in 2025 for Tim Easterby and resumed winning ways for Stuart Williams at Bath (1m) in April. Making first start for current yard, again ran well when third over 9f at Ayr 10 days, despite shaping as if a return to shorter would suit. Major player.

Struck twice in good style at Wolverhampton within the space of 3 days in January. Has been giving his running since without managing to find any further progress, 4¾ lengths fourth of 6 to Candonomore at Bath on latest outing.

Bumper winner but was tailed off on sole outing over hurdles. Has gone the right way with each of his 3 starts on the Flat this spring, causing a 150/1 surprise when landing a 7f novice at this course 12 days ago. Return to 1m should suit as he makes handicap debut.

Successful at this course and Ayr (both at around 7f) in 2025 and has shaped as if working his way back to form in 2 starts this season, never involved when tenth of 13 over 1m at Thirsk 2 weeks ago. Drops back in grade with 5-lb claimer on board.

Improved on all-weather at the end of 2025, landing a pair of Newcastle handicaps and close second at Southwell in December. With reappearance run behind him, matched that form on turf when never-nearer fourth of 11 at Ayr 10 days ago.

Best effort in 2025 when third of 19 at York in July and had excuses later in the campaign, though also refused to race. After 7 months off/left Iain Jardine, ran respectably in hood when sixth of 9 at Redcar 23 days ago. Needs to build on recent run with cheekpieces also back on.

Won 7f novice at Chester on debut in September and good second at Southwell (1m) next time. However, he hasn't gone on in handicaps since, following a below-par effort with a poor one when well held at York 15 days ago. Cheekpieces reached for.

Progressed again with 4 victories in 2025 and placed on 3 of first 4 starts this year (excuses on other occasion). Rare below-par effort back up in trip at York (1½m) 17 days ago, but appeals as the type to bounce back quickly.

As good as ever in second half of last year, winning 3 times including at Ayr (1m) in September. With reappearance run behind him, only narrowly denied over 9f at the same course 10 days ago and he can make another bold bid.

Has thrived on all-weather, scoring 4 times at Southwell during the recent campaign with his latest success in March. Good placed efforts on his last 3 starts, runner-up at the same course 5 weeks ago, but now needs to transfer his progress back to turf.

Fair form without winning for Jane Chapple-Hyam, placing twice over 7f at Chelmsford last summer. Made a low-key start for current yard, though after 8 months off she probably needed the run when well held at Ayr 10 days ago. Others still more persuasive.

CANDONOMORE made a positive start for Jennie Candlish when third at Ayr 10 days ago and he can build on that effort to resume winning ways. With the drop back in trip to suit, he can reverse the placings with Ayr Poet from 10 days ago who finished ahead in second, while Jez Bomb could also be in the mix.
