Smart performer on all-weather who won 3 minor events at Dundalk in 2025 and made the most of a good opportunity on second start for current yard there in February. Ridden too aggressively at Newcastle last time and he remains potentially well treated on pick of form.
Won 23-runner handicap (50/1) at the Curragh (6f, good to soft) on penultimate start last year prior to fine second in a 10-runner listed race at C&D. Has gone well fresh before, so is respected after 6 months off.
Added to good record at the Curragh last summer. Shaped as if needing the run when eighth of 14 in handicap (22/1) there (5f, heavy) 30 days ago and no surprise if he's more competitive with that under his belt.
Dual winner in Bahrain in 2025 who returned to form when runner-up in 6f handicap at Dundalk in February. Not in same form in stronger race at Newcastle since, though.
Won a pair of handicaps last summer, including a Racing League event at Chepstow in August. No impact in listed company across 4 starts since, looking rusty on return at Bath 3 weeks ago. More needed back handicapping.
Isn't ground dependent but resumed winning ways when landing a 5f handicap in the mud at the Curragh in November. Shaped well on her first 2 starts this year prior to landing another heavy-ground sprint there (6f) 24 days ago and has to be shortlisted on the back of that career best.
Back on the up in a first-time tongue strap when winning 13-runner handicap at Newbury (7f, heavy, 9/2) on his final start for William Haggas in October. Type to improve further at 4 yrs but not certain to benefit from drop in trip.
Two-time C&D winner posted several creditable efforts in defeat last season. Would have benefited from a stronger gallop when seventh of 14 in handicap at the Curragh (5f, heavy, 16/1) on return 30 days ago and has tended to take a couple of runs to find his feet.
Capable when in the mood, as he demonstrated when getting on top close home in a major handicap at the Curragh last summer. However, he was more miss than hit in 2025 and 2 efforts this year have both been uninspiring.
Strong-travelling sort was a decisive winner of Dundalk maiden in December and has ran well to make the placings in decent contests at Newcastle on her latest 2 outings. As effective on turf and she's shortlisted.
Won 4 times in 2025, including over C&D. Finished that year out of sorts, though, and has been well held on both outings in 2026.
Useful colt who won a valuable sales race here in August prior to shaping better than the result when 4 lengths fourth in listed race at Fairyhouse (6f, good to soft) the following month. Unsuited by drop to 5f at Dundalk after and he steps into handicap company from workable mark.

STAYSOUND SUSIE was better than ever when scoring at the Curragh last time and makes most appeal in a competitive sprint. Recent Dundalk winner Bishopton and the returning Tango Flare complete the shortlist.
