Just respectable efforts at best last season but does at least start the new campaign off a workable mark.
Came in for support last 2 starts but once again looking ungainly under pressure when sixth of 10 over 2m here 2 weeks ago.
Back-to-back winner at Wolverhampton around this time last year. Off since down the field all 4 starts over hurdles last summer.
Off since pulled up over hurdles in September but had completed a hat-trick of wins in that sphere last summer and potentially on a good mark on that form back on the Flat.
Never looked like justifying support here on reappearance before well held on heavy ground at Navan. Headgear on, up in trip and returned to AW.
Keeping busy but well held 3 of last 4 starts.
Pair of C&D wins this winter. Good fourth back down in trip here 3 weeks ago and makes more appeal than most.
C&D winner in September and might have found latest run coming too soon after a decent fifth here the time before.
Proved at least as good as ever when winning over C&D on return from 4 months off 5 weeks ago, proving well suited by the return to this trip. Hasn't had many goes on this surface or at this distance so remains of firm interest at this low level.
Patchy record for current connections here, always behind back down in trip latest.
Took advantage of a much-reduced mark to snap a losing streak of almost 2 years here (2m) 2 weeks ago, responding well to a tongue strap. Raced inefficiently that day (pulled his way to the front) so remains of interest back down in trip.

Forecasts
Jawhary (4/1), Desert Friend (4/1), Celtic Druid (5/1), Doctor Grace (7/1), Sarmiento Power (7/1), Al What (9/1), Slowdownbarney (11/1), Grey Fable (12/1), Expert Analysis (16/1), Palazzo Persico (22/1), Mephisto (25/1), Fine Print (40/1)
CELTIC DRUID looked well suited by this C&D when a ready winner under this rider 5 weeks ago so is taken to follow up. Desert Friend responded well to a tongue strap when taking advantage of his reduced mark over 2m here and a return this trip should suit if anything. Jawhary and Mephisto are best of the others.
