Going through an excellent spell, back to winning ways in first-time cheekpieces at Southwell in February before a good second over C&D (5/4f) 5 weeks ago. Can make presence felt again for bang in-form yard.
Winless in 22 starts but has returned in good form this year and was a creditable fifth of 9 at Kempton over this trip in a higher grade on latest start. Ran particularly well from 6 lb higher mark at this meeting last year and is one to consider.
Returns to this C&D where twice successful and ran well when third of 8 in a handicap at Wolverhampton last month, making rapid headway under a change of tactics. First-time visor replaces blinkers but has tricky draw to contend with.
Won at this track over 1¼m in February and looked better than the result when fourth of 13 in handicap at Kempton over 1m 16 days ago, having to weave his way through. Merits consideration in current heart but this longer trip poses unanswered questions.
Progressing quickly now and has won last 2 starts, including when seeing off 14 rivals at Doncaster over 1¼m 6 days ago. Looks well in under a penalty and this step up to 1½m should hold no fears so he's one to seriously consider.
Had a busy and successful winter, winning 4 races including at Newcastle in February. Has also won at this track but faces significant step back up in trip from an unfavourable draw here so others look more persuasive.
Ended long losing run against her own sex over 11f at Southwell last month and still looked in form when fifth of 12 over 9.5f at Wolverhampton 14 days ago. However, this demands more.
Last won for Charlie Johnston in 2024 but yet to fire for current connections. Cheekpieces back on and hard to fancy unless market speaks in his favour.
Bagged back-to-back handicap wins around the turn of the year, including over C&D in January and has continued to run well since. Starts out for a new yard here but can be expected to give his running.
Patchy form since joining this yard but ran creditably when third of 11 on sole start at this trip at Southwell in February. This looks a deeper race but not impossible he could take a hand if getting his own way out in front.
Completed a 4-timer at this course over 1¼m in January, though didn't see his race out when fifth of 8 here last month which doesn't immediately suggest that this step up to 1½m will suit. Also has widest stall to contend with.
Better on all-weather with 4 wins over C&D to his name. However, hasn't won since 2024 and doesn't always deliver in the finish so this may be too competitive.
Placed both starts since switching to handicaps, including when second over C&D in February and is much less exposed than most of these. This represents a hike in grade, though, and it remains to be seen if he's up to this task on just sixth outing.
Won well on stable debut in January after leaving Michael Appleby and looked up against it from wide draw when seventh of 12 at Kempton 30 days ago. Has a C&D win to his name and is well treated on old form, though he'll likely need plenty of luck from stall 1 given his usual tactics.
C&D winner who is struggling for form at present and currently hard to make a case for in this company.

MAO SHANG WONG has won his last 2 starts, most recently at Doncaster 6 days ago with a sustained surge to the front that suggests he's up to defying a penalty in this contest. Son Of Man ran a cracker from a much higher mark at this meeting last year and can be in the mix for the placings with in-form Wonder.
