Lightly-raced maiden. First run since leaving George Scott when fourth of 6 in handicap at Newcastle (5f) on reappearance 16 days ago. Back up in trip.
Thrice-raced winner. 10/11, won 6-runner novice at this course (7f) 27 days ago. Makes handicap debut. May do better again.
On a hat-trick after 6f wins at Southwell and here this month. Another 3 lb higher now but has to be respected in his current mood.
Disappointing last of 7 on Southwell handicap debut/reappearance 20 days ago. Top yard reaches for a tongue strap after that.
Turf maiden winner in September but struggled in 3 handicaps later in the autumn. Has left Kevin Philippart De Foy ahead of this first outing for 95 days.
Ran up to his best under a change of tactics when narrow second of 8 in 8.6f course handicap in December. In nothing like the same form over 1m at Lingfield just 4 days later and now drops markedly in trip.
15/8, career best when winning 7-runner nursery at Newcastle (6f) 38 days ago by 3½ lengths from Grey Horizon. Did that readily and even a 9 lb rise may not stop him.
Thrice-raced maiden. Second of 4 in C&D novice when last seen in June. Goes handicapping for the first time on return (has had wind op) from a mark which demands improvement but the booking of Billy Loughnane takes the eye.
Lightly-raced maiden. Shaped better than result when 2¾ lengths fifth of 9 to Grey Horizon over C&D 14 days ago, meeting trouble at crucial stage.

Forecasts
Watchdog (5/2), Grey Horizon (4/1), Credit Forgedd It (9/2), King Of Chaos (11/2), Faithful Dream (10/1), Berlinetta (10/1), Jamie Sommers (10/1), Alfa Duplicate (14/1), Runamara (40/1)
WATCHDOG's ready defeat of Grey Horizon at Newcastle before Christmas looks even better in the light of that reopposing rival's 2 recent wins and Richard Fahey's charge could still be well treated after a 9 lb rise. Faithful Dream was a bit of an eyecatcher here last time and is another to consider.
