Latest win at Yarmouth in May. Not seen to best advantage when fourth of 7 in handicap (14/1) at this course (12f, good) 27 days ago. Place claims at best.
Latest win at Epsom in July. 15/2, wasn't seen to best effect when eighth of 9 in handicap at Chester (10.3f, good to firm) 13 days ago, no room on inner approaching 2f out. Can get back on track but others look stronger for win purposes.
Followed up her recent Sandown success in similarly decisive fashion in 5-runner handicap at Leicester (10f, good to firm, 15/8) 9 days ago, making all. Carries a penalty and the hat-trick can't be ruled out in her current mood.
2 wins from 3 runs this year. 3/1, found run of good form coming to a halt upped in grade when fifth of 8 in handicap at Newbury (10f, firm) 29 days ago. Handicapper looks in charge for now.
Fared no better under change of tactics when ninth of 13 in handicap at Ffos Las (8f, good to soft, 12/1) 39 days ago. Back up in trip. Hood back on. Handicapper gives her a squeak.
Winner at Newbury in May. 11/4, ran well when nose second of 4 to Giselles Defence in handicap at Epsom (10.1f, good to firm) 22 days ago, leading briefly over 1f out. Nudged up 2 lb for that near miss but fancied to feature.
Course winner in June. 9/2, fourth of 5 in handicap at Salisbury (8f, good) 16 days ago, needing stronger gallop. Tongue strap back on. Should continue in good form provided he gets this longer trip.
Winner at Lingfield in April. 14/1, ran one of this season's poorer races when tenth of 13 in handicap at Chester (7.6f, good to firm) 13 days ago. Significantly up in trip.
50/1, showed a bit more than previously when sixth of 9 in maiden at Windsor (10f, good to firm) back in April, not knocked about. Makes handicap debut (has been gelded) and should have more to offer on return (has a fine pedigree).

Forecasts
Something Splendid (10/3), Gloryous (4/1), Charming Whisper (9/2), Double Red (11/2), Lemurian (11/2), Zarakerjack (7/1), Dramatic Effect (17/2), Political Power (9/1), Giselles Defence (10/1), Mandana (14/1), Jester Queen (66/1)
SOMETHING SPLENDID got off the mark with a bit up his sleeve over C&D just under 3 weeks ago and a 6 lb rise may not be enough to prevent him from following up. Lemurian is open to further improvement now handicapping, so he heads up the dangers on return from a break for his in-form yard. The hat-trick-seeking Gloryous and Zarakerjack can fight out minor honours.
