Bagged 6f handicaps at Catterick and Carlisle during what was a largely consistent 2024 campaign, the only real blot being a rare poor effort at Pontefract when last seen in October. However, she remains 4 lb above last winning mark and will probably find a few too good.
Lightly-raced filly who was placed on her first 4 starts in maidens prior to winning one at Bath (5f, good to firm) on final run of 2024 (also final appearance for the Kevin Coleman yard). Moving back up to 6f will be in her favour now handicapping for new stable but improvement is needed.
Made a winning handicap debut Brighton last spring and followed that with a series of creditable efforts in defeat. Failed to fire at Salisbury on final appearance of 2024 but resumes with yard in good form and he's one to consider with Tom Marquand booked.
Failed to get his head in front last year but posted some solid efforts in defeat, not least when second in a big-field York handicap in July. Resumed winning ways on the AW in January and placed next 3 starts but form has taken a turn for the worse the last twice.
Sole success to date came in a 3-runner minor event at 2 yrs and, though placed on a couple of occasions off higher marks last term, she's opposable on the back of a tame reappearance display at Musselburgh on what was her first run following a wind op.
Runner-up in the Ayr Bronze Cup during the autumn and went on to notch second success of 2024 at Nottingham in November. More miss than hit on the AW since, though, and he's probably worth taking on.
Hit the target twice over 7f/1m last season and performed with plenty of credit when placed in back-to-back 6f Newcastle handicaps in February/March. Having also acquitted himself well when fifth of 13 returned to turf at Redcar (7f, good) recently, this 5-y-o has to enter calculations.
Carlisle maiden winner at 2 yrs and returned to form from out of the blue when going close in a soft-ground Redcar handicap (6f) in October. However, she failed to beat a rival home on her next 2 starts and it's probably best to look elsewhere.
Won 3-runner maiden at Ffos Las (6f, good to firm) last summer and backed it up with good thirds switched to handicaps at Southwell/Newmarket. Failed to fire dropped to 5f on final run of 2024 but she may well bounce back returned to 6f here.
Acquitted himself well on a number of occasions last year but there were also a number of low-key efforts to chew over and his reappearance display at Thirsk wasn't particularly inspiring. Probably best watched, for all that he has slipped to a potentially dangerous mark.
Successful with first-time cheekpieces enlisted at Carlisle last June and ended that campaign with back-to-back seconds in 6f Redcar handicaps (has undergone a wind op since latest start). Seems versatile ground-wise and claims if fully tuned-up for this assignment.
Fair maiden who disappointed on each of his 2 starts in handicaps last summer. Didn't fare much better starting out for new yard on return at Wolverhampton and others make more appeal.
Late-maturing type (only made her debut in September) who was runner-up in a trio of 6f/7f novice events at Wolverhampton during the winter. Shaped well with usual hood discarded (omitted again here) on return/turf debut in a 5f Doncaster handicap and she's in with a shout off 1 lb lower here.
Highlight of her 3 wins last term was a narrow victory in a Class 2 Bath handicap (5.7f, good to firm) in September. However, the 5 lb rise she picked up when scoring at Kempton on final start of 2024 could prove to be a stumbling block.
Opened his account in a 5-runner Bath novice (5f, soft) in October and, though below par on the AW since, he's worth a second look back on turf off an attractive mark.
Scored 3 times on the bounce for Stella Barclay during early part of 2023 campaign, with the second success of that hat-trick gained in this very race. Largely below for this yard but he's certainly not one to write off having slipped to an attractive mark and with Rossa Ryan booked.
Winless since 2-y-o campaign but he made the frame on numerous occasions in 2024 and has posted creditable efforts in 2 of his 3 starts on the AW since returning from a break last month. Place possibilities back on turf.

Forecasts
Arnaz (9/2), Asinara (5/1), Papa Cocktail (6/1), Belsito (8/1), Safari Dream (8/1), Roaring Ralph (9/1), Bear Rock (11/1), Wichahpi (12/1), Muscika (14/1), Call Time (18/1), Ziggy's Queen (20/1), Roundhay Park (22/1), Parisiac (25/1), Annie Edson Taylor (25/1), Back Before Dark (33/1), Sioux Warrior (40/1), Vaunted (40/1)
A chance is taken on PAPA COCKTAIL, who is 4 lb lower in the weights compared to when landing this race two years ago and, though yet to get his head in front for this yard, he has shaped better than the bare result on a number of occasions on the all-weather in recent months. Arnaz resumes with his yard among the winners and is next on the list ahead of Bear Rock and Belsito.
