Forecasts

Gardone (10/3), Picpoul (7/2), Stepdance (4/1), Imperial Miss (13/2), Chopsticks (13/2), Glimmerglass (15/2), Epaulawn (8/1), Makaiah (9/1), Waystar (12/1), El C Wells (20/1), Tara Power (25/1), Anjah (33/1), Dark Blue Diamond (50/1), Designer Cailin (66/1), Al Bahar (80/1)

Verdict

The vote goes to STEPDANCE, who shaped well on debut for this yard in the C&D handicap won by Gardone last month, which was her first run for the best part of a year. She found 12.5f too much of a test at Tipperary since and is appealing back down in trip with Shane Foley in the hot-seat. Picpoul is a regular here and, having been placed off similar marks on three of her last four starts at up to 1½m here, she is likely to be in the thick of things once more. Chopsticks is also shortlisted.
