On a hat-trick after wins at Wolverhampton and over C&D last month. A penalty is unlikely to prevent him making a bold bid.

Fair form. Creditable second of 11 in maiden (10/3) at Wolverhampton (7f) 15 days ago. Makes handicap debut. Respected as an unexposed sort.

Panama City^h,t¹⁵⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 9-11| J: Harry Burns⁽³⁾| T: I W McInnes| OR: 64| D

28/1

Enjoyed a productive winter on AW, making it 3 wins in 5 starts when shading a tight finish at Wolverhampton (8.6f) in February. Just as good on turf but peak fitness has to be taken on trust after a lay-off.

Form: 0131-41

Young Fire^v¹³

Age: 9| Weight: 9-10| J: Mark Winn⁽³⁾| T: D O'Meara| OR: 63| D

10/3

Sixteen runs since last win in 2023 but he's been knocking on the door lately and should have a win in him from his reduced mark before long.

20/1

Sixth of 8 in handicap (33/1) at Newmarket (1m, good to firm) 14 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Falling in the weights but need to see more before lending support.

Form: 94-7596

Love Warrior^p1¹⁵

Age: 3| Weight: 9-4| J: Billy Loughnane| T: C Johnston| OR: 66

12/1

Showed form at the start of his career last autumn but has offered little over 1¼m this year, including in 3 handicaps. Remains to be seen whether a drop back in trip helps matters.

Form: 25-9586

Forecasts

Beylerbeyi (1/1), Young Fire (10/3), Dougies Dream (11/2), Love Warrior (12/1), Thanks Dad (12/1), Stratocracy (20/1), Panama City (28/1)

YOUNG FIRE really ought to have a race in him from a mark in the low-60s and might be able to end the winning run of penalised hat-trick seeker Beylerbeyi. Lightly-raced handicap newcomer Thanks Dad should also have a say.
