Verdict

Quite a useful handicap, although HICKORY does still rather stand out given the ease of his Kempton handicap debut success before Christmas. A 7 lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent him making it 4-4 but in-form pair Eligible and Chola Empire are likely to ensure he doesn't get things all his own way.
