Verdict

THE X O has been absent since finishing runner-up at Lingfield in the spring but he impressed with his strength at the finish for hands-and-heels riding and he can confirm the promise of that run and come out on top on return. Demi Pointe looked in need of the experience on her respective debut at Goodwood in May and is a likely improver for her leading yard. Newcomer Tawalla and Umming N' Ahing complete the shortlist.
