Built on promising course debut third when impressive winner of novice here 27 days ago (both 7f). Could be very useful and another bold show likely despite the 6 lb penalty.

€240,000 Lope De Vega filly. Dam, 7.5f-9.5f winner who won Balachine Stakes, half-sister to US Grade 2 1¾m winner Scuba. Wears tongue strap. Needs keeping an eye on in betting.

15/1, fifth of 13 in novice at Newmarket (7f, good) on debut last autumn, not knocked about. Surely more to come from this well-bred filly in top hands.

Twice-raced maiden. Fourth on debut last autumn but well below that level when down the field on Windsor return. Likely up against it.

Raven's Pass filly. Dam, useful Italian winner up to 1m (2-y-o 7.5f winner), half-sister to smart 1m-11f winner Pattaya. Will need to be useful to take this on debut.

Down the field in 2 AW runs this spring. Will need to improve significantly for the switch to turf.

Lope De Vega half-sister to numerous winners, including winner up to 1½m Highest Ground and winner up to 1m Night of Light, both smart. Makes plenty of paper appeal but Ryan Moore on yard's other runner.

Couldn't justify 11/8 favouritsim favouitism on her 1¼m Newmarket debut but displayed plenty of promise amidst greenness. Quite a bit of speed in her pedigree so the drop back to 1m shouldn't be an issue. Leading claims.

40/1, 10¼ lengths fifth of 14 to Whitebeam in 7f course novice on debut 27 days ago. Likely to improve but will need a good chunk of it to go close.

Forecasts

Light Of Peace (7/4), Whitebeam (15/8), Crystal Caprice (9/2), Spanish (8/1), Dame Ethel Smyth (10/1), Al Agaila (16/1), Scorpio (25/1), Every Blue Moon (25/1), Le Designe (33/1), Donna Italiana (125/1), Danza Della Luna (150/1), Ladybird (150/1), Everloving (250/1)

Verdict

The fact LIGHT OF PEACE went off quite a short price on debut suggests she's well regarded and she's taken to build on that promise and make the most of the weight she receives from last month's course scorer Whitebeam. Sir Michael Stoute's Crystal Caprice looks a sure-fire improver on the back of her debut fifth last autumn and may prove best of the rest.
