Ripon scorer in August and good placed efforts in defeat after, though her consistency means she's getting no respite from the handicapper. Off 6 months.
Three wins from 5 runs in productive 3-y-o career. Never able to land a blow on reappearance but much better when third at Doncaster 2 weeks ago, shaping as if ready for this stiffer test. Respected.
Made a winning start for new yard in 1¼m Chelmsford handicap on return and not disgraced in face of a stiff task in listed race at Nottingham. Should make more of an impact here.
Wide-margin winner on testing ground at Sandown on return last season and some decent efforts in defeat after, including when third here. Claims on reappearance.
Successful at Beverley last summer and decent third on return there last month. However, record away from Beverley not so good.
Lightly-raced winner at 2 yrs but tailed off sole start at 3 and offered little on first outing since leaving Roger Charlton after 12 months off at Pontefract 11 days ago. Plenty to prove at present.
Consistent performer and who returned with a decent third at Nottingham 12 days ago, challenging from further back than the pair that beat her. Should go well again.
Did well on the AW this winter, scoring twice at Newcastle. Not disgraced back on turf last 2 starts and worth a try at this trip.
Mixed record on the Flat and over hurdles last season and others more convincing.
Showed ability at Tipperary on debut but failed to build on that in 2 subsequent starts and has since left Andrew Hughes. Makes handicap debut.
Much improved when making a winning handicap debut at Windsor (8.1f, good, 16/1) on return and excuses at Brighton since. Remains unexposed.
Off the mark at the third attempt at Chelmsford (AW debut) in October. Not disgraced when fourth on handicap debut/reappearance at Haydock. leaving the impression she's ready for this stiffer test.
Much improved from debut to win 7f fillies' novice at Newmarket in October. No impact in listed race there 10 days later and improvement needed to defy this opening mark on return.
Has an unconvincing profile and well held both starts this term.
Displayed willing attitude when landing 1m handicap at Southwell on return and followed up in similarly game fashion at Chepstow 10 days ago. Pulled clear with the runner-up for recent win so must be taken seriously in hat-trick bid over this extra furlong.

Forecasts
Nordhalla (3/1), Alpha Cru (5/1), Thunder Queen (6/1), Typical Woman (13/2), Lasting Legacy (8/1), Golden Melody (9/1), Vindobala (14/1), Indy Moon (14/1), Urban Violet (18/1), Crown Princess (20/1), Myristica (28/1), Wickywickywheels (33/1), Set In Stone (50/1), Kraken Filly (80/1), Valorant (100/1)
The progressive NORDHALLA has shown a willing attitude when winning both her starts in handicaps this season, which should stand her in good stead in this competitive event back against her own sex. Alpha Cru looks ready for this stiffer test now so rates the main threat ahead of the likeable Golden Melody.
