Lightly-raced winner. Blinkered for 1st time, last of 4 in handicap (13/2) at Pontefract (12f, good) when last seen in August. Resumes on a 5 lb lower mark (and with blinkers discarded) and he's not discounted.
Two wins from 6 runs last year. 13¾ lengths eleventh of 13 to Goolwa in listed race at Bath (14f, good, 7/2) on final start of 2021. Sights lowered on debut for new yard here and she's a player with William Buick aboard.
Latest win at Newcastle in January. 10/3, respectable fourth of 8 in handicap at Kempton (16f) 16 days ago. Back down in trip for this turf debut and cheekpieces refitted. Needs to get back on track.
First run since leaving Francois Rohaut when sixth of 7 in handicap at Chelmsford City (14f, 22/1) on UK debut. Off 106 days and he looks vulnerable from a win point of view.
Lightly-raced winner. 10/3, fifth of 6 in handicap at Newcastle (8f) 36 days ago. Pedigree offers hope that this new trip will be within range and he needs a second look.
C&D winner. Two wins from 6 runs last year, the latest here in October. Seventh of 10 in handicap (10/3) at Newbury (13.3f, heavy). Off 161 days and he has work to do.
Course winner. Seventh of 10 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good, 16/1). Blinkers on 1st time and resumes on a workable mark, so it would be unwise to omit this 8-y-o from calculations.
Latest win at York in September. 11/1, last of 6 in handicap at Newcastle (12.4f) 29 days ago. Visor refitted and now just 1 lb above the mark off which he scored on the Knavesmire, but others are more appealing all the same.
Three wins from 11 runs last year, and added to his tally at Southwell in January. However, only fifth of 8 in handicap there (12.1f) 52 days ago and 9 lb now returned to turf.
Tongue strap on for 1st time, he had the race at his mercy when falling 2 out in juvenile hurdle (6/1) at Doncaster (16.6f, good) 50 days ago. Headgear remains in place back in this sphere and he's high on the shortlist.
Three wins from 6 runs last year. Creditable third of 6 in handicap at Ripon (12f, good, 5/2), needing stiffer test. Off 7 months and this demands a career-best.

Downsman (9/2), King Viktor (9/2), Sea Sylph (5/1), Maketh Believeth (5/1), Noman (13/2), Kings Prince (13/2), Croeso Cymraeg (8/1), Lifetime Legend (9/1), Resumption (11/1), Elhafei (22/1), Kasperenko (28/1), Abraaj (40/1)
LIFETIME LEGEND is still a maiden under both codes, but in name only as he surely would've made it third time lucky over hurdles at Doncaster in February but for falling at the second-last. With the tongue strap that he sported for the first time there retained back in this sphere, Neil King's charge could be the answer to this competitive handicap. Croeso Cymraeg is very much of interest and the unexposed Noman also makes some appeal.
