Confirmed debut promise with a stylish C&D maiden success in May. Heavy defeats both starts in better company 4 months apart since but this is a more suitable assignment.

Age: 2| Weight: 9-6| J: S De Sousa| T: C A Dwyer| OR: 89| D

7/4

€80,000 yearling who made a winning start in 6f Haydock novice in July. Excuses for nursery debut defeat and firmly back on the up when a ready scorer at Yarmouth. One to beat up 7 lb.

Form: 1301

Cashew^p¹⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-0| J: James Doyle| T: G Boughey| OR: 83| D

7/1

Notched second success when landing a Haydock nursery in July. Largely respectable efforts since, set a stiff task in listed company latest but she's pretty exposed now.

Age: 2| Weight: 8-13| J: M Dwyer| T: B J Meehan| OR: 82| D

7/1

Opened his account at the fourth attempt in 13-runner minor event at Windsor (6f) last month. Poorly drawn but effort 10 days later at Ayr was a shade disappointing.

Form: 94219

Wonderful World⁴⁵

Age: 2| Weight: 8-11| J: Rob Hornby| T: M R Channon| OR: 80| D

11/1

Easy winner of a Brighton novice (6f) in August and didn't shape at all badly when sixth in big-field York nursery. Found 7f too much of a test at Doncaster and quickly back in trip.

Form: 231689

(7)

Kindness⁴⁸

Age: 2| Weight: 8-8| J: Tom Marquand| T: E Walker| OR: 77

10/1

Continued theme of big race-by-race progress when landing 9-runner novice at York last month, despite being slowly away. Mixed messages from that form but she may improve again.

Form: 951

(2)

Matty Too²⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 8-6| J: P Hanagan| T: T D Easterby| OR: 75| D

4/1

Responded well back at 6f when doubling career tally at Nottingham 3 weeks ago. Up 6 lb but he's clearly in top form.

Forecasts

Global Wisdom (7/4), Matty Too (4/1), Gisburn (6/1), Locke (7/1), Cashew (7/1), Kindness (10/1), Wonderful World (11/1)

GLOBAL WISDOM improved a chunk when turning a Yarmouth nursery into a one-sided affair last month and a subsequent 7 lb rise may not prevent the follow up. Gisburn is back at a more suitable level and is a threat, along with progressive-filly Kindness.
