Smart C&D winner. 7/2, creditable nose second of 6 to Venturous in handicap at Wolverhampton (6.1f) 32 days ago, headed final strides. Has a solid record on AW and good showing not ruled out.
Useful gelding who resumed winning ways at Southwell (6f) in February and not disgraced in defeat either start since. However, others make greater appeal for win purposes.
Useful sort who got back on the up when landing C&D Kachy Stakes in February, albeit a good position proving most crucial. Not sure to confirm placings with some of the beaten horses that day, now.
Smart gelding who landed Coral Sprint Trophy at York (6f) in October. Mixed record on AW since the turn of the year but latest Kempton third over this trip suggested he's back in form.
Smart, multiple winner on AW who completed hat-trick at Dundalk (6f) in February. Excuses since, not seen to best effect upped to 1m last month. This much more suitable and player despite wide draw.
Smart gelding. Course winner. 3/1, bit below form 4 lengths third of 9 to Mums Tipple in listed race at Wolverhampton (7.2f) 20 days ago, having not got to the lead. Drop back to 6f will hold no fears
Useful colt. 4/1 and tongue strap on for 1st time, creditable second of 5 in handicap at Southwell (5f) 37 days ago, that despite stumbling start. Remains low-mileage and this should reveal more.
Enjoying a productive spell on AW this winter, going in again at Wolverhampton (5f) prior to landing a listed event over 5f here last time. Keeps pulling out more so that may not be his limit.
Smart gelding. 7/2, not seen to best effect when fourth of 10 to Royal Commando in listed race at Doncaster (6f) 6 days ago, left poorly placed. Visor on 1st time. Looks competitive on form.
Smart gelding who caught the eye from an unpromising position when fifth in Kachy Stakes over C&D on penultimate start. Latest run was a shade underwhelming, though.
Very good strike-rate since the start of 2020, going in again in small-field 5f handicap here last month. This understandably tougher but he's effective at 6f.
Resurgent this winter, looking better than ever when getting on top final strides in 6-runner Wolverhampton handicap (6f) 4 weeks ago. Hard to rule out in this groove.

Forecasts
Highland Dress (7/2), Summerghand (6/1), Harry's Bar (13/2), Exalted Angel (15/2), Aberama Gold (10/1), Lampang (10/1), Tone The Barone (11/1), Tinto (14/1), Venturous (16/1), Gulliver (16/1), Brian The Snail (18/1), Lord Riddiford (25/1)
A winner of last year's Stewards' Cup, SUMMERGHAND twice ran well in high-end all-weather sprint handicaps at Wolverhampton last month and is best not judged harshly on last week's Doncaster effort having been left poorly placed. A first-time visor may put an extra edge on him and he gets the nod under Adam Kirby. Irish-raider Harry's Bar, Venturous and Aberama Gold head up the dangers.
- SUMMERGHAND (IRE)
- HARRY'S BAR
- VENTUROUS (IRE)
