Four-time winner on turf though not since 2018 when taking a Nottingham Class 6 h'cap from a mark of 46 (SP 33-1). Some promising efforts in basement-grade AW fare in the spring. Record fresh isn't inspiring.
10-race maiden less exposed than plenty of these; runner-up in handicaps at Ripon and Redcar over this trip last month (favourite for both) and has to harbour leading claims in this line-up.
Seven-race maiden yet to come close to winning a race; still has time on his side but seemingly relying on first-time tongue-tie bringing change of fortune now into this grade.
Ran best race of the season when fifth of 10 behind Dublin Rocker at Yarmouth (6f, good to firm; 18-1) in a handicap last month (Manzoni eighth); no win since 2018 and wait may go on.
Was rated 70 when with Stuart Williams in April last year but form has fallen off badly since; had Dahik (fifith) behind when runner-up in similar event last month at Bath (5½f, firm; 6-1) and commands place on shortlist with that run in mind.
Dark Angel filly finished fourth of 14 (beaten 7L) in 5f contest at Musselburgh recently in this grade; doesn't have big miles on the clock and finished that race off quite well, so can be considered here.
Eight-race maiden who best efforts remains second in a Wolverhampton seller over 7f in February; well held over this C&D in a handicap eight days ago after a layoff but may be sharper for that and given a chance in this company.
Shaped with some promise at Yarmouth (6f, good to firm; 100-1) in a handicap last month; that was only his fifth start and should be very competitive in this grade.
Night Of Thunder gelding beaten at least 15L in three runs to date over 7f/1m in novice contests on the all-weather/turf (soft). Hard to enthuse on his chances.
