Gives weight away all round but on what she has shown so far she should be competitive. On 7lb worse terms with Gallardise but did beat that rival fair and square on debut. Ran respectably when fifth of seven at Newcastle (7f; standard) last month.
Very interesting newcomer by Cannock Chase. Dam won over 1m1f on the AW and was a full sister to 1m4f Group winner Monitor Closely. Also a half-sister to the smart Mount Nelson.
Lord Of England colt. €20,000 yearling. Dam was a multiple hurdle/chase winner in France and was a half-sister to 1m2f/1m4f winner on the flat. Respected but may need further.
By Kodi Bear. Sales price rose from €22,000 as a foal to £42,000 as a yearling. Half-brother to two winners (who both had winning form over 1m). Likeable type on paper but yard not had a winner for nearly three weeks (0-26).
Does need to show more than he did on debut (14th of 14) but that looked a particularly strong contest compared to this race & the step up from 6f to 1m could really help. Market check needed.
6,000gns yearling. By French Navy. Dam won over 6f-7f (including as a two-year-old). Already gelded & only a watching brief can be advised on debut
Didn't show a great deal last time out when 12th of 14 at Chepstow (7f; good). That was a backwards step from debut effort when fifth at that same track (albeit she was well held). Fair bit to find now.
Lethal Force filly. Makes debut for yard whose horses are running well without winning. Half-sister to two winners including 7f two-year-old Minal. Betting likely to prove informative.
Evidently more was expected of her on debut (sent off 11/8f) when she finished just over five-lengths behind Emotional Moment. Is on 7lb better terms with that rival now & it would be a surprise if she was not capable of much better.
Only beaten one rival home in a pair of 7f maidens at Chepstow. Sent off at 200-1 on each occasion and is a big outsider once again so a watching brief must be maintained.

If able to take a similar sized step forward as she did last time out, & she should be with the step up to 1m offering the promise of more to come, then Spring Time Bay should be firmly in the mix. Of the newcomers, the Mark Johnston-trained Chase That Dream looks the most attractive on paper with. However, this looks to rest between Kempton rivals Emotional Moment & GALLARDISE. The former beat the latter comfortably on debut but was nowhere near as strong as that rival in the betting. In receipt of 7lb from the Amy Murphy runner, the latter is worth another chance & this half-brother to connections' Gallaside can make amends at the second time of asking.
