Previous C&D winner who is on a bit of a losing streak of present. Never looked like winning when given too much to do at Chelmsford (1m) last time. Off a competitive mark however and market should be the best guidance.
Last win came at Leicester back in June 2019 and has been a bit in-and-out since. Cheekpieces didn't have the desired effect when sixth here (1m2f) last time. Looks exposed at present.
Sort who can misbehave but has a touch of ability about him. Recent efforts have improved including second over 1m2f here in December. Down in trip and hood back on gives him excellent claims.
Gutsy winner at Wolverhampton on penultimate start in January but struggled slightly off higher mark when fifth of 12 at Chelmsford (1m) last month. Needs a bit more on current ratings.
Hadn't been in the greatest of form recently but bounced back brilliantly by winning C&D handicap 18 days ago. Got the run of the race that day and up 2lb but merits respect.
On a smart run of form last year, winning three of his 10 starts. Still in good form with C&D third behind The Warrior last time and now better weighted than that rival. Claims.
Last win came at Wolverhampton in December but two below-par runs since then, including latest fifth of 6 over 1m2f here last time. Tongue Strap tried to get back to winning ways.
Had very little to shout about on the form book until excellent second over C&D in January. Headgear worked then and now first-time visor is turned to. Dangerous to be dismissed.
Has some winning form in the book and put best foot forward when landing 7f handicap at this venue eight days ago. Enterprisingly ridden that day and escapes a penalty in this. Leading contender.
Previous C&D winner but losing run now dates back to 23 starts. Showed a return to form last time however when third of 11 at Chelmsford (1m) two weeks ago. Place claims but may need further now.

Rivas Rob Roy (7/2), Tanqeeb (9/2), Run After Genesis (11/2), Al Daiha (7/1), Purple Paddy (7/1), The Warrior (8/1), Misty (8/1), Weloof (12/1), My Law (14/1), Accomplice (20/1), Odds On Oli (25/1)
An above-average looking handicap for this level, preference is for AL DAIHA to break his maiden tag. Despite being a tricky sort, his effort last time suggested he is getting the hang of things and with the return of a hood, he may be worth a chance of improving once more for a handler who excels with these types. Plenty boast each-way appeal, most notably last time’s C&D first and third, The Warrior and Purple Paddy, while Misty could go well at a price if proving the effort last time out was no fluke.
