Chelmsford AW winner in June off 9lb lower has been facing some tough asks since on turf. Chance he could fare better here but returns to the AW off a stiff mark.
Won this last year off 5lb lower during a purple patch of form. Better effort when second at Yarmouth latest but this is much tougher and others better handicapped.
Lost his way in Meydan when last seen for Godolphin and now makes stable debut after changing hands for £10,000. Acts well on the AW but best watched on return to action.
2lb higher than last winning mark and while he hasn't scored this year, he's put up a sequence of consistent efforts. One place behind Chiefofchiefs latest and likely to be competitive once again.
C&D winner off 8lb lower back in January and well tried in strong company since. Returned with a solid effort at Ascot last month and may have more to offer back on this surface. Likely contender.
Raised 8lb after making it three from three on an AW surface and two from two over this C&D in the London Mile Series Final latest. Won with loads in hand and likely remains ahead of the handicapper. The one to beat.
4-12 on the AW including a C&D win but has got quite high in the handicap and below par at Yarmouth latest. Stable though remains in very good form so could fare better.
Unbeaten in two starts on a synthetic surface so may have more to offer in this sphere. Has shaped well enough in three starts for new yard and remains on a good mark. One for the shortlist.
Experienced campaigner remains on a competitive mark and returns following wind surgery after a below par effort at Pontefract in July. Could bounce back on course debut.
Below par at Ascot last month following a consistent run of form. Makes course debut off a high enough mark at present but no surprise to see him shape better.
4lb below last winning mark but that came back in 2017. Has been well tried of late but is yet to place in four AW starts and ran poorly on his sole previous visit here.
Mixed form of late but he did win over this C&D off 3lb lower two starts back and he may have more to offer on this surface. Could well leave his latest effort behind for in-form stable.
Won a claimer on his final start for Mark Johnston but struggled on stable debut in this grade. Best suited by 7f and others preferred over this distance.
Yet to win at this far and has failed to beat a rival home the last twice since returning from a break. Remains best watched from 1lb out of the handicap.
