Was well beaten on his reappearance last month, but this race is not as tough. On a handy mark and not ruled out.
Ran well over this trip at Kempton when 33-1 third in October. 3lb lower here, and should strip fitter for recent run. Claims if cheekpieces have the desired effect.
Has recorded all but one of his seven wins in April/May, so this is his time of year. Trip/ground ideal, but might just need this run and will look more interesting with it under his belt.
Largely consistent and ran well enough on his return to turf at Bath last time. 2lb drop should help, and not ruled out each-way.
2-31 career record. Has run well twice from his last three starts on this mark, including on his recent Windsor reappearance. More needed for the win, but an each-way player.
Represents a stable in form. Disappointed slightly last time after a couple of decent AW runs over 6f/7f prior to that. Yet to win on turf, but has a squeak from this mark, if first-time hood helps.
In decent form from today's mark on AW of late, his latest Kempton third deserving some mark up from a poor draw. Not ruled out now back on turf.
Goes well here and is 2lb lower than when scoring here over C&D (good to firm) last August. Never involved over 7f here last time, but looks interesting with the champion (won on him here earlier last year) again booked.
Wouldn't have been ideally suited by 5f last time at Windsor. Stays 7f, but this trip is fine, and he should be very competitive from this mark.
0-11 on turf, having won 8-25 on AW. Held from this mark on AW last time, and others make greater appeal on this surface.
All three turf wins have been on good at 5f/6f. Didn't get things his way at Windsor last time out, but should be thereabouts granted a more suitably run race here, after 2lb drop.
Has slipped 5lb for two runs for this trainer, and was an eyecatcher when doing his best work late over 5f at Windsor latest. No surprise to see him go close back over this trip.
Has been very consistent on AW lately, winning over this trip at Lingfield on his penultimate start. Fast ground on turf suits, and after another 1lb nudge up the weights, he needs more to win again on his return to this surface.
1-52 on turf, and form has been on the slide since scoring on AW at Kempton last October. Others preferred.
Not beaten far from 9lb higher on AW in January. Held in all three completed starts and refused to race in the other, since then. However, 7lb lower than fast ground 6f turf win last summer, so would be interesting if supported.

Enthaar (9/2), Smokey Lane (5/1), Big Lachie (6/1), Last Page (7/1), Zeyzoun (7/1), Bungee Jump (17/2), Handytalk (10/1), Firmdecisions (12/1), A Sure Welcome (12/1), Madrinho (12/1), Kraka (12/1), Boy In The Bar (20/1), Top Boy (25/1), The Gates Of Dawn (33/1), Gold Hunter (40/1), Englishman (50/1)
A wide open heat where the suggestion is ENTHAAR, who is on a very competitive mark and back over a more suitable trip. Boy In The Bar could go well in this grade under topweight, while Firmdecisions looks a contender again, as does Zeyzoun. Gold Hunter would be particularly interesting if market vibes are positive, while Smokey Lane, Big Lachie, Last Page and Handytalk are among others you can't rule out.
- Enthaar
- Boy In The Bar
- Firmdecisions
