Glimpses of ability in four starts at two but beaten 10L over 7f on good-to-firm going when making his handicap debut here last September. More needed dropping in trip on seasonal debut.
Good 1L second in a 1m event at Lingfield on handicap debut in February. Finished a close fourth at Kempton the following month and is interesting down in trip despite disappointing back at Lingfield (1m) last time out.
Ran well when runner-up in first time blinkers (retained since) over 5f at Newcastle in February. Beaten 4L at Kempton (6f) subsequently and interesting to see how he fares on return to turf.
Gelded last autumn and first start since came when finishing 4L fourth over 5f on the all-weather at Newcastle a month ago. Missed the break in that event and is one to note in this contest.
Held in three starts in novice company last season and it was a similar story when 5L eighth in first time cheekpieces (retained) over C&D on soft ground when making his handicap debut last October. More needed on return to action.
Fair 2¼L sixth in a 7f handicap at Newcastle at the start of this month. Held seventh over the same C&D ten days later and others make more appeal dropping in distance.
Finished 6L third in a 6f novice race at Thirsk (good-to-soft) last August and best start since came when wearing blinkers (absent here) for the first time when fifth at Newcastle (5f) last October. Market support would be notable back up in trip.
Placed on two of his three starts this year including when runner-up over 5f at Chelmsford last month. Visor and tongue tie worn for the first time that day both retained and he is a leading contender on turf return.
Fair fourth in a 5f novice race at York (good) in October last year. Cheekpieces worn that day retained since but more needed on first start since finishing eighth at Newcastle (5f) in October.
13 race maiden ran well when second in a 6f contest at Chelmsford last time out. Previously finished third over the same trip at Wolverhampton and she is of interest in this contest.
Struggled in three starts over 5f and 6f in novice events last year. Represents shrewd connections however and she is worth a check in the market on handicap and seasonal debut.
Well held on first three starts and only minor improvement when sixth over this trip at Catterick (good-to-firm) last October. Market support would be notable on handicap debut.
Placed on final two starts at two including when 2L third over 6f at Newcastle in November. Below par effort upped to 7f at Southwell earlier this month and this trip looks more suitable.
Ended two-year-old campaign with a second in a 6f handicap at Newcastle in early November. Return to this trip in her favour with a tongue tie tried for the first time having disappointed over 7f in January.
Not beaten far when fifth in first time blinkers (retained) over 5f at Chelmsford at the end of last month. Likely needs to improve on that to figure from out of the handicap.
