Steps up to 1m4f after a convincing win at Chelmsford created the impression that the colt has plenty of untapped potential. Form is solid and the son of Cape Cross merits serious consideration despite having to give in excess of 7lb to the rest.
Closely matched with Cirque Royal on a literal reading of his debut run over 1m2f in January. Was well backed on that occasion and likely to be the same if he has thrived since. The betting can guide but the colt is rated as a serious player here.
Cost €50,000 and has bred to be effective at this sort of trip. Has shown a fair amount of ability in his first couple of outings and entitled to be thereabouts if he continues to improve.
Didn't do much right on his debut at Chelmsford but still caught the eye as one that has potential if he learned from the experience. Needs to settle better but might appreciate the longer trip.
Unraced Dansili colt; a half-brother to Moonlight Magic, a winner over 7f and 1m2f. Also related to Group 2 winner masterstroke and is out of dam who was placed in the Oaks. Appeals on breeding but likely to be better for the run.
Well backed on debut but ran no sort of race and was also outpaced and struggling from a long way out here last time. Others much more intriguing at this stage.
A cheap purchase and has run accordingly in both previous visits to this course. Big improvement is required to even make the frame.
Cost 140,000 gns and makes a fair amount of appeal on pedigree. Debut run was respectable even though the filly was left for dead by an easy winner. The form has been let down since though.
