Previous C&D winner who likes to bowl along in front. Having dropped down the weights he led everywhere bar the line at Lingfield (1m, AW) last time. Sound claims once again but getting over from stall 12 to lead won't be as easy.
Racing off his last winning mark but has clearly had problems having only had three starts so far this year. Best effort by some way when running on well to be a well held second at Chelmsford (1m, AW) last time. Claims if able to build on that now.
Knocking on the door recently and was a close second of 13 over 1m at Pontefract on his latest outing. Up 2lb and back on the AW here. Claims if on another going day.
Rallied well under pressure to get back up at Wolverhampton two starts back. Found the 6lb rise a little too much at Newcastle last time. Riders claim helps here but another one that likes to go forward from a wide draw which makes life tougher.
Previous C&D winner who was a winner over this trip at Doncaster off 5lb lower earlier in the summer. Not quite so good since but ran well enough in a messy race at Lingfield last time. This should suit better with plenty of pace in here.
Winner over C&D three starts back off a 5lb lower mark. Unlucky not to follow-up next time at Lingfield and ran another solid race back there last time from a wide draw. Player once again from the same mark.
Now a maiden after 12 starts and peak efforts have come on the AW. Always in rear at Brighton last time but didn't look in love with the ground there. A repeat of his best efforts give him a squeak and positive jockey booking.
Having a wonderful year having won four times and been on a large upward curve. Starts life for a new yard today and if that perks her up again no saying that the improvement will have stopped. Interesting to see what the market makes of her chance.
Has showed bit and pieces of promise so far and ran best race to date when a close second here over 7f on first start since having a wind operation last time. Will be a player once again if able to build on that now from the same mark.
Appreciated the step up in trip and return to the AW when winning at Wolverhampton (7f) last time. Only nudged up 2lb and this extra furlong is very much likely to suit. Leading contender once more.
Looked to be going the right way with a win and a good fifth at over this C&D but was very disappointing back on soft ground at Ffos Las last time. Return here is a plus but needs to bounce back from a wide draw.

There is quite a bit of pace on here and a good chance this will be set up for something coming from off the gallop. GOODWOOD SHOWMAN has been a little unlucky with the way that the races have panned out the last twice and may find this much more to his liking. He should be able to stalk the pace from a middle draw and pounce late. Rosarno will be a player if able to build on his recent effort at Chelmsford. This extra furlong is also sure to suit last time out winner Priscilla's Dream and she is a big danger.
