Veteran performer who has struggled on his last few starts. Still capable on a going day but may need some of today's rivals to falter.
Well held on his last two starts despite being towards the top of the market. Needs to up his game if he is to win this competitive heat.
Finally off the mark off a reduced AW mark at Chelmsford last time. Races off 7lb higher on turf but that win should have done his confidence some good and can be involved again here.
Five-time winner on turf, most recently at Epsom in August (1m2f, good to soft); has been beaten a long way on last two starts however and this previous C&D winner needs to do much more. Yard won this race in 2016.
Frankel filly who won well here over 1m4f two starts back. Never really happy at Chelmsford last time and a return to this venue should suit.
The application of a hood has made the difference. Having run well at Chepstow two starts back she pulled away for a comfortable success at over 1m here last time. Up 3lb but going the right way and sound claims once again.
has looked in the grip of the handicapper since her win at Windsor earlier in the summer. Goes well for this young claimer though and a return to form here would not be a big surprise.
Has fallen below his last winning mark and there were signs at Yarmouth last time that a return to form is on the cards. Player if building on that now.
Yet to win in nine starts and he is starting to become difficult to place. Struggled over 7f at Wolverhampton last time and now goes significantly up in trip.
Bounced back to form in second-time blinkers at Chelmsford (1m2f, AW) last time. Nudged up 3lb for not winning which makes life tougher here.
Winner in the Channel Islands on firm ground in July last year. Struggled in two starts there in August and tailed here latest. best watched for now.
Struggled on handicap debut at Lingfield (1m4f, AW) last time. Drops in trip now with the tongue-tie added and Silvestre De Sousa on board. Market check needed.

Last time out winners Henry Croft and Nyala should both be capable of further progress and are respected here, especially the latter who shapes like this longer trip will suit. A chance is taken that CAROLYN'S VOICE can show some improvement now from a basement mark dropped in trip with Silvestre De Sousa on board.
