Half-brother to a 6f winner on the AW and out of a 7f winner in France. Makes limited appeal on debut for a yard that traditionally isn't noted for first-time out winners.

Swiss Spirit colt that caught the eye on debut at Yarmouth; ran prominently for a long way and was just nabbed near the finish. This sharper course could be more to his liking and has to make the shortlist at least.

Poor form posted so far and hard to see this Heerat filly finding the requisite improvement to get off the mark at the third time of asking. At least qualifies for a handicap mark after this and may do better in that sphere.

Bated Breath filly that is related to winners on the Aw and makes some appeal on breeding if delving deep enough. Ran well in a novice stakes on the AW course here but not certain to be suited by dropping back a furlong tonight.
Posted two very modest efforts so far and takes on colts for the first time. Big improvement needed on the evidence in the book up to press.

1/1
Likelable pedigree and has been consistent with three placed efforts over the minimum trip so far. Sent off as the 13/8 favourite on the latest occasion and only just failed to justify the support. Not much to find to put the record straight.

Only respectable form posted in two previous starts but may do better on the predicted ground. Still has improvement to find though and comes with risk attached.

Ran keenly on debut at Sandown but faded tamely near the finish and needs to have come on a good deal for that run. Others possibly more progressive at this stage.

Forecasts

Implicit (1/1), Street Parade (3/1), Cutthechat (3/1), Free Love (7/1), Superstition (10/1), Lippy Lady (16/1), Estupendo (20/1), Delagate The Lady (25/1), Alban Lady (100/1)

Verdict

IMPLICIT has shown promise and consistency in three starts so far and looks the safest option in this modest company. Rated 73, the filly sets only a modest standard, so the likes of Street Parade and Free Love don't have too much to find if they are to give the selection a run for her money. Superstition is also open to improvement and is worth noting for any signs of each-way support.
