Rejoined this yard having had three runs over hurdles for Fergal O'Brien. Rated much higher than this on his day so is pretty well handicapped. Should be on the premises.
Won off a 3lb lower mark at Chepstow back in September. Largely struggled since and now takes a marked step up in trip to tackle two miles for the first time.
Winner over C&D off a 6lb lower mark when last seen on the flat in January. A few average efforts over hurdles since but will be a big player once again back here under optimum conditions with Ryan Moore booked.
Winning hurdler and bumper performer. Not shown a great deal in three flat efforts to date but this is much more suitable. Yard had similar winners with NH switchers in the past and market check is needed.
Has managed to find some trouble in-running on both his last two starts. this step up in trip looks a good move and rider claims a very handy 5lbs. Could be dangerous.
Ran well at Chepstow (2m, good to firm) two weeks ago when finishing second. Both wins have come on the all weather so a return to this surface is a plus and Silestre De Sousa keeps the faith.
Disappointing on handicap debut at Chepstow two weeks ago. Step up in trip looks a good move on that evidence but needs to do much more to be involved.
Won off this mark at Chelmsford (2m, AW) in July last year. Only seen twice since and is likely to need this run to be cherry ripe.
Not won since winning a maiden in 2014. Mark is slipping as a result but not easy to fancy at present and others are preferred.
Despite being well handicapped on his best form he is hard to fancy at present. Very slowly away and practically refused to race here last time. Best watched for now.
Maiden now after 24 starts. There was some promise in the run at Yarmouth (1m6f, good to firm) last time when not getting the best of runs. Potential to improve a bit for this trip too.
15-race maiden who has only made the frame twice. Drops to a career low mark with blinkers now fitted, but still hard to be positive about his chances.
Not the most consistent type and was well beaten at Wolverhampton (1m1½f, AW) when last seen in April. Takes a big step up in trip here but needs that to spark improvement.

General Ginger (3/1), The Way You Dance (7/2), Deebaj (4/1), Malt Teaser (7/1), Lungarno Palace (7/1), Dalasiri (12/1), Conkering Hero (16/1), Casemates Square (16/1), Southern States (20/1), Incredible Dream (25/1), Nafaayes (25/1), Woofie (33/1), Velvet Voice (40/1), Victor's Bet (100/1)
Deebaj is an obvious starting point back here with Ryan Moore on board but his recent hurdles runs have been a worry. The Way You Dance ran well at Chepstow last time and will appreciate a return to this surface and is a danger to all. General Ginger could improve for handicapping and a market check is needed. We will take a chance however on some improvement coming from CASEMATES SQUARE who was better than the bare form suggest last time and wears cheekpieces for the first time.
- Casemates Square
- The Way You Dance
- Deebaj
