Well backed winner of the Brocklesby by ¾L he now bids for a quick follow-up and may be able to put his experience to good use under a 4lb penalty. Was fairly sharp on his debut so he may not have much improvement in him; showed a good attitude.
Yard not really know n for their juveniles he is a half-brother to several winners although looking at his pedigree this test looks a little sharp for him. One for the longer term.
From a yard that have produced 300 plus juvenile winners in the past 5 seasons this son of Dark Angel is likely to know his job. His dam was a Listed placed 5f juvenile winner and a sister to a winner at up to 6f; looks one of the likelier types.
Yard have been known to have an early juvenile and this Poet's Voice colt is the first foal of an unraced dam. May find one or two too good here though and others given a better chance.
Half-brother to a 6f two-year-old winner Alaska with the dam placed at sprint trips and a half-sister to a 6f juvenile winner at Group 2 level. Bred to be a speedy sort and interesting to see what he can do here on debut.
Not cheap at 85,000 guineas as a yearling he's a half-brother to a 6f two-year-old winner with the dam being a winner at up to 6f (including a Listed victory). Pedigree suggests that he'll be able to show something and one of the more likely types.
The only filly in the field she's a half-sister to a two-year-old winner over 5f with some useful relations in the pedigree on the dam's side (1m winner). May be found wanting on her debut with others offering a stronger pedigree and case.

Forecasts
Izzer (5/4), Deep Intrigue (5/4), Dixieland (4/1), Ynys Mon (13/2), Wolf Hunter (16/1), John Betjeman (25/1), Nakakande (50/1), Arbuckle (50/1)
There are one or two nicely bred types in this and they may be sharp enough to put up a good display against the Brocklesby winner Izzer who looked sharp and ready at Doncaster on Saturday but may face tougher test here. DEEP INTRIGUE from the Mark Johnston yard is likely to know his job and the yard produced a plethora of juvenile winners last year and his pedigree suggests that he’ll be sharp. Dixieland and Ynys Mon look to be two others with speedy pedigrees while a market move for Wolf Hunter should be noted.
