Still looking for his first win for this stable after six starts and has been well beaten on turf on his last two. Has twice finished second off this mark on the AW, however, and is entitled to respect.
Won twice on AW surfaces in France, but is without a win in seven starts in this country. Latest effort for current yard was much her best and she runs off the same mark.
Still a maiden after nine starts, but no shame in his recent second on an easy surface at Pontefract. He is 3lb higher, which makes life tough, but he is clearly in good heart.
Good record on the AW with 10 wins in 42 starts. Last three runs at this track have been disappointing, though, and he needs to find something off this lower mark.
Won at Lingfield three starts ago, but last two displays off 4lb higher have been below that level of form, Hopes pinned on a positive reaction to the switch to the AW.
Back-to-back AW wins over 7f in December and January, but not so good since, including over this trip. Looks in the grip of the handicapper at present.
Won twice at this track over 7f when trained by Kevin Morgan, but struggling to hit peak form for current yard. Handicap mark is falling, but the step up to 1m might not suit.
Has not been disgraced in three starts for current yard since joining from Gay Kelleway and returns to the C&D of one of his only two wins. Feasibly handicapped if on song.
Has climbed the weights following a series of good AW efforts and ran well to be second over C&D off 3lb lower last time. Likely to give his running and enters the equation.
Consistent sort who has registered three C&D wins this year, but finds himself 19lb higher than for the first of them. Did not get a clear run when third in first-time cheekpieces at this track last time and the headgear is retained.
With his third trainer in less than a year and ran respectably at Yarmouth on second start for current yard. Down another pound, he can figure on a surface he has handled in the past.
Least experienced member of the field with only three runs in maidens. Handicap debut off a feasible mark so a check in the betting may be prudent.
Experienced campaigner who ran into a well-handicapped rival when second over C&D last time. Has to be considered off only 1lb higher.
Winner of her last three starts over 7f in handicap company and off the same mark as when scraping home in an apprentice handicap at Wolverhampton. Steps up 1f, but stamina in her pedigree so it ought to suit.
Forecasts
Anna Medici (3/1), Dangerous Ends (7/2), Ibazz (9/2), Spinart (7/1), Satchville Flyer (16/1), Ubla (20/1), Makhfar (20/1), Bluff Crag (25/1), Mezmaar (25/1), Jack Nevison (25/1), Fire Diamond (25/1), Multitask (25/1), Girl Squad (33/1), Duke Of North (66/1)
Dangerous Ends has been progressive over C&D this year and may not have stopped winning, but marginal preference is for bottom weight ANNA MEDICI, who has been handled with typical aplomb by her yard and is unpenalised for her last win. The step up to 1m promises to suit and she can land a four-timer. Ibazz and Jack Nevison looks interesting off feasible marks, while Makhfar is likely to be thereabouts again.
