Beaten 1L over 7f at Doncaster (good-to-firm) in April and best effort since came when fourth on the AW at Kempton last time out. Interesting having won off a 2lb higher mark on the AW at Kempton earlier this year.
Eight race maiden and best effort so far since being gelded came when beaten 3L over 6f at Kempton last time out. Others make more appeal in this contest.
Running well on the AW in the main so far this season including when finishing fourth in a visor over 1m here in March. .Disappointed slightly at Chelmsford last time and returns to turf here.
Good effort when finishing 2L third of 16 at Windsor (good-to-soft) on debut but disappointing since including over 6f at Goodwood last month. More needed if he's to take this.
Career best effort when finishing fourth in a 7f AW maiden at Kempton in December. Well beaten twice since including off a 2lb higher mark over this distance at Carlisle (good-to-firm) last time.
Winner of two of his five starts since being gelded including over 7f at Salisbury (good-to-firm) last month. Beaten a neck under a penalty at Brighton (good-to-firm) subsequently and races off a 1lb lower mark here.
Consistent sort and has run well on the AW during 2017. Beaten 3½L when third of seven in selling company over 6f last time out and interesting making his first start on turf in over a year today.
Fair effort in a maiden contest over 1m at Yarmouth (good-to-firm) last August but disappointing subsequently including in a first time eyeshield (retained) last time out.
Completed a four-timer when winning by a short-head over 7f at Kempton on the AW in April. Well held here in a nine runner contest over the same distance on the AW in May and looking for his first turf success today.
Beaten 1L when making her debut for this yard over 7f at Yarmouth (good) in May. Respectable efforts twice since including when sixth on the AW over 7f at Wolverhampton last time and an interesting runner here.
Broke her maiden over 6f on the AW at Chelmsford in November last year. Well beaten in two handicap starts since and rated 8lb lower than when initially assessed.
Ran well on first outing since being gelded when beaten 1L on the AW over 7f here in March. Well beaten since including in a visor (left off today) in selling company last time and plenty to prove here.
Recorded an AW double in handicap company last autumn but disappointed twice since being gelded during the winter. More needed to take this contest.
Well held in all three maiden starts including over 7f at Newmarket (good-to-firm) last time out. Worth a check in the market for a good yard on his handicap debut in this.
Decent effort in finishing third over C&D on good-to-firm ground a fortnight ago. Form prior to that nothing special but did gain her sole victory in 25 starts over this C&D in July last year.
Winner of 12 of his 112 outings including on turf here in the past. Stepped up on previous 2017 efforts when beaten 1L into third over 7f at Musselburgh (good-to-firm) but have to go back over two years to find his latest success.

With a few front-runners in this contest it may well pay to side with Richard Hughes' BEEPEECEE who was held up when winning at Salisbury over 7f and is likely to appreciate a strong pace here. The selection ran well off a higher mark last time out and can see off Bookmaker who has been running well on the AW this season and has won here in the past while Gulland Rock is one who is likely to try to lead and drops into a Class 6 contest here having run well in a a better race last time out.
- Beepeecee
- Bookmaker
- Gulland Rock
