From a stable in good form but he has failed to reach the frame in any of his four outings to date, running his best two races on the AW at Kempton. Made a lot of the running when beaten 12L at Chepstow last time, he may well force the pace again here.
Showed some ability at huge odds in three outings as a juvenile but seemed to appreciate the step up in trip to 1m2f at Chelmsford City last time out when beaten just under 8L, staying on at the one pace. Another 2f to travel here and could go well.
Given a fine ride by Shane Kelly when battling on to score over 7f at Wolverhampton last August. Never really troubled the leaders in a race over a mile at Chelmsford City on her recent return to action but should appreciate the extra half mile of this race.
Ran a decent race over 7f at Leicester on good ground last August and has not been disgraced in three outings so far on an artificial surface. Was gelded in February and was never a threat when stepping up to this trip last time. Should run a big race in this contest.
Has shaped with plenty of promise in a couple of races over this course and distance recently, finishing second in successive outings and clearly has the ability to win races. Kept on well in a race at Beverley last time and is one for any shortlist here.
Failed to reach a place in six outings for Harry Dunlop but ran his best race over this course and distance in April when just over 3L behind La Vie En Rose. Running for a new yard tonight, he will need to show some further improvement to win this.
Filly was unraced at two and has cut little ice in her three outings to date, attracting nothing in the way of market support. On the form shown to date she faces a tall order to win here.
Another who did not run as a two-year-old and has failed to feature so far in any of his three outings to date, starting at triple digit odds in his last two races. Has plenty of scope and is not one to write off on his handicap debut.
Made his debut over 1m2f at Bath last October but dropped away in the latter stages and was subsequently gelded. Showed a slight improvement in two outings back in the winter but returns to action here after a decent break.
Made her debut in a 7f Newmarket maiden back in October won by Medicean Ballet but only managed to beat one home. Made a lot of the running over 1m2f on her recent return at Brighton and is one with a shout here.

Forecasts
Too Many Shots (9/4), Cape Cruiser (11/4), Let's Be Happy (15/2), Kenyan (8/1), Conkering Hero (10/1), Charlie Rascal (10/1), Espresso Martini (12/1), Trautmann (12/1), Lady Of York (16/1), Mushareefa (16/1), Take A Turn (16/1), Netley Abbey (18/1), Geordielad (20/1)
This race is a really tricky affair and finding the winner will not be easy. Bottom weight Lady of York could well grab an early lead and has shown enough promise to suggest that she can win a race of this nature. TOO MANY SHOTS has had a couple of decent seconds over this course and distance and could make it third time lucky. Charlie Rascal is certainly one to consider, but a bigger threat is likely to come from Let's Be Happy, who should be suited by the longer trip and was a good winner at Wolverhampton just under a year ago.
- Too Many Shots
- Let's Be Happy
- Charlie Rascal
