Not a particularly strong contest, and the consistent KI KI is selected to win again. She's nothing if not consistent and that alone entitles her to plenty of respect in a race where good recent form is thin on the ground. Meandmyshadow may be getting on in years but she's lost none of her speed and this looks a suitable opportunity to pick up some place money, at worst. French is more speculative but would be interesting at big odds. Penny Dreadful has speed to burn and if the ground doesn't get soft (rain around) she will have a chance too.
