Won twice in handicaps last year at Chelmsford and Newmarket. Been below that form since and failed to take a step forward for a recent run at Newcastle last time.
Possibly a bit better on the AW than turf although his latest run over 6f was disappointing and appeared to stretch him.
Useful sprint handicapper and won at Chelmsford in October off a 3lb lower mark. Good second last time out although possibly should have won and his strike-rate can be questioned.
Capable of some respectable form (good fourth at Lingfield on AW Finals Day) and run well since. Test proved a little too much last time at Chelmsford but takes a little ease in grade here and best judged on earlier runs and the ability shown.
Last two runs make him of interest here; won at Kempton in November and rated as good as that on his third at Newcastle last time. Proved there that this mark isn't beyond him and having raced closer to the pace than ideal finished a creditable third with the form of that race already being franked.
Looks very unexposed as a sprinter and starting to find his feet on the AW. Won at Wolverhampton over 6f last time in a race that is working out and has further improvement in him.
Non runner at Wolverhampton on Friday night. Capable but tricky customer who was below form at Southwell last time.
Recorded wins at Lingfield and Newbury in 2016, the last off this same mark. Was below form over 5f last time at Kempton but looked to still be needing the race.
Has had some useful form to his name but appears to be struggling of late and finished last over 7f last time at Chelmsford.
Recorded back-to-back wins at Catterick and Nottingham on October/November, the second off a 3lb higher mark than today. Not in the same form in two AW wins since and finished last of 11 last time at Wolverhampton.

Most of these don’t look that far ahead of their marks despite being very consistent performers at this level but there are a couple of improvers in the field. The first of those would be Jordan Sport who still looks unexposed on the AW and could well progress here for his new yard. Preference however is for MEMORIES GALORE he scored nicely at Kempton before finishing a good third at Newcastle where he didn’t get the run of the race. Boomerang Bob is respected at this level but his conversion rate and application can leave a little to be desired and the eased in grade Quatrieme Ami makes more appeal at the prices.
