Similar form all 3 starts to date, making a quick switch to nurseries when third in an 11-runner contest at Chester (7f, heavy) 32 days ago, possibly stretched by the combination of trip/ground. Should remain competitive now making all-weather debut.
Perfect Power colt who showed something like his debut form at the second attempt having been given more of a break when 2 lengths third of 11 in a Southwell novice (6f) 4 weeks ago. Step up to 7f promises to be within range now handicapping.
Overcame inexperience to win a match race on 6f Ayr debut (firm) in July. Tongue tied, went backwards from that effort encountering vastly different ground when sixth of 8 in a Haydock novice (7f, soft) since but likely type to bounce back from what could prove a workable opening mark.
Gelded and just about best effort yet when landing 7f maiden at Wolverhampton 30 days ago. Needs to raise his game again to trouble a few of these now handicapping but that certainly isn't out of the question.
Fair form all 3 starts in novice events at up to 7f this summer but proved easy to back and couldn't get involved having missed the break when eighth of 10 on nursery debut at Nottingham (6f) 3 weeks ago. Tongue strap now applied following 3 lb drop in weights.
Promise amidst obvious inexperience first 2 starts prior to justifying cramped odds in an Epsom novice (7f, firm) in August. Didn't find things panning out ideally when sixth on nursery debut at Newmarket 25 days ago and she could yet have more to offer on back of just 4 starts.
Hello Youmzain colt who bettered previous efforts when second in a Lingfield nursery (6f) 2 starts back. Possibly not ideally placed when fifth at Nottingham (6f) since and that not the first time he's looked worth a try at this longer trip.
Produced best effort yet when second of 12 in maiden at Windsor (6f) in May, worn down only late on. Just a fair fourth of 5 on nursery debut at Lingfield in July (7f) but yard going better now and he's also been gelded. Draw could have been kinder, however.
Showcasing colt who offered something to work on when second on debut in a Nottingham maiden (6f) in July. However, has gone backwards in 2 subsequent outings, never travelling when seventh on nursery debut at Carlisle (6f) 6 weeks ago. Blinkers quickly reached for now upped in trip.
Son of Cotai Glory who showed a bit on first 2 starts a couple of months apart. Well held on qualifying run at Windsor (6f) 53 days ago and whilst the switch to nurseries rates a plus now, it may well be significant that Billy Loughnane takes the ride on Arthur Carrot.
Reached frame in 2 of her 3 qualifying runs and displayed improved form when 2 lengths third of 14 in a Leicester nursery (6f) 4 weeks ago. Well drawn in stall 3 and this longer trip ought to be within range.
Left his qualifying runs behind when returning from wind surgery to make a winning nursery debut over C&D in August. Step up in grade/return to turf anchored any further progress at Newbury last month but this rates less demanding.
Dark Angel gelding who bettered his opening 2 efforts when fifth on qualifying run at Salisbury (6f). Wide trip did him no favours but still emerged with credit when fifth on C&D nursery debut 3 weeks ago and likely he remains with a bigger effort in his locker. Draw again not ideal, though.
Best effort when third in 6f Chester maiden in August. Has failed to build on it in nursery company since, seventh of 8 at Musselburgh (7f) 21 days ago. Return to all-weather may help but another with a less-than-ideal draw to operate from.

Forecasts
Sakowin (4/1), Farasan (6/1), Great Oak (7/1), Horndean (15/2), Arthur Carrot (15/2), Tansy Lane (8/1), Babzini (8/1), Gold Reef City (9/1), Fast Performer (11/1), Somers Isles (14/1), Sovereigns High (25/1), Aljoon (28/1), Boysofwallstreet (40/1), King of Montenegro (66/1)
A competitive nursery with the narrow vote in favour of GREAT OAK. A winner of a match race on debut at Ayr, he had viable excuses for a below-par showing at Haydock next time and he surely remains capable of better now handicapping from what looks a workable opening mark. Horndean on his first crack at 7f, Babzini and Somers Isles are others to consider, along with Tansy Lane.
