Gent's Night Sat 24th October Handicap

Dual winner in May 2025 prior to edging down the weights and offered something to work on returning from a year off when fifth of 9 in handicap (66/1) at Catterick (5f, good) 18 days ago, not knocked about. Cheekpieces back on.

Revitalised since being refitted with cheekpieces, making it 3 wins from his last 4 starts in an 8-runner handicap at Lingfield (5f, all-weather) 16 days ago. Still feasibly treated after 3 lb rise.

Won 4 times on all-weather in second half of 2025. Also started 2026 with some creditable efforts but hasn't shown enough back on turf in recent months to be too positive here.

4-time C&D winner, the latest from a 6 lb higher mark in January. More miss than hit since though and was down the field here when last seen back in May.

Has been given a chance by the handicapper and wasn't disgraced when fourth of 8 over C&D in June. Down the field upped to 6f when last seen here 41 days ago, though, and has a bit to prove on balance.

Placed twice at C&D on his last 2 outings in 2024 but little encouragement in 2 recent starts since returning from a near 2-year absence.

Got off the mark for Ollie Sangster at Wolverhampton (6f) in July. Not in same form under a penalty at Chepstow next time and might've needed the run making his debut for this yard at Leicester 18 days ago.

Hasn't kicked on from promising second start for current yard on all-weather in May, failing to beat a rival in a 9-runner event at Windsor last month. Lots to prove at present.

Lightly-raced filly is improving steadily and produced her best effort to date when bumping into a well-treated rival for the second start in a row over C&D 9 days ago. Leading player despite being 1 lb out of the weights.
