Generally reliable sort who produced a career-best effort when winning 8-runner minor event at Killarney (17f, good) by head from Murat 14 days ago, responding well. Makes plenty of appeal in a lesser grade handicap than he usually contests.
Has contested some very competitive races this season and proved at least as good as ever when getting off the mark for the year at Leopardstown at the beginning of last month, overcoming pace bias. Can go well again from the same mark.
Hasn't quite gone on since finishing third over fences at Killarney on return. Is back down to same mark he won this race from in 2024 but needs a return to form.
Resumed winning ways from an easing mark in 9-runner handicap at Killarney (14.4f, good) 14 days ago, unchallenged. Up 8 lb for that success and is entitled to be in the mix again providing the blinkers have the same effect.
Nineteen runs since last win in 2022. Had the cheekpieces back on when third at Tramore last month but failed to build on that at Roscommon just 4 days ago. Back up significantly in trip and others preferred.
Made frame once from 2 Flat starts last season before ending the term out of sorts over hurdles for Richard John O'Brien. Shaped with more encouragement on return for new yard when fifth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Killarney 15 days ago. Easy to look elsewhere.
Fairly useful on Flat though has mixed between hurdling and chasing this year, winning over fences at Kilbeggan in July. Possibly found race coming too soon when pulled up at Galway last time. One to check in the market.
Course winner. Bit below form sixth of 19 in handicap (22/1) at Galway (16.5f, soft) in July. First-time blinkers go on here with the tongue strap discarded. Is now 5 lb lower than when third in this race last year but needs to show more.
Fair hurdler/chaser who only made his Flat debut in July. 16/1, fifth of 8 on handicap debut at Tramore (2m, good to soft) 20 days ago, unsuited by emphasis on speed. Takes a significant ease in grade but still has a bit of work to do.
Fairly useful all-weather winner for Ger Lyons and had initially made promising start over hurdles for this yard. Off 14 months, shaped as if retaining ability when third of 7 in handicap at this course (13f, good, 9/1) in July. Trying a marathon trip for the first time in this sphere.
Fair hurdler who won at Downpatrick in June. Shaped as if needing run after 12 weeks off when fifth there 4 days ago. Blinkers are off on first Flat run in just over 2 years. Others more persuasive.
Won this race last year but is yet to fire this season, fitted with tongue strap on latest effort when fourth of 5 at this course (13f, good) in July. Needs the return to this longer trip to spark a revival.
Won when fitted with first-time blinkers at Killarney on the Flat last year and successful 3 times from 5 starts over hurdles all at Downpatrick since May. No reason to think she won't be competitive back on the level with the booking of Hayes in the saddle catching the eye.
Placed once from 3 starts in maidens and takes a significant hike in trip now switched to handicaps. Market probably best guide in a competitive race.
Fairly useful form at best as a 3-y-o for Joseph O'Brien but has looked rusty returning from 20 months off for new yard. In a change of headgear. RESERVE.
Runner-up twice in France in spring 2025. Best effort of the season when sixth of 16 in handicap at Roscommon (1½m, good, 66/1) 17 days ago. Significantly up in trip. RESERVE.
Opened his account under a change of tactics when making all at Leopardstown in July. Backed that up at the second attempt when good second there last time. Cheekpieces off here. RESERVE.

Forecasts
Trubshaw (9/4), Boxing Great (11/4), Ragmans Corner (10/3), Cooley's Mist (4/1), Gangster Granny (7/1), Yogini (8/1), Banana Three (14/1), Way Down South (20/1), Alba Chiara (20/1), Cozone (25/1), Zoffman (25/1), Golden Temple (33/1), Sign From Above (33/1), Happy Jacky (50/1), Feud (66/1), Sanctity Of Space (100/1), Deralo Ir (100/1)
RAGMANS CORNER should see out this longer trip and can follow up in a lesser-grade handicap than he usually contests. Gangster Granny can't be ruled out given her recent form over hurdles, with Boxing Great and Trubshaw leading the remaining dangers.
