Successful twice last season and capitalised on a slight ease in grade when opening his account for the season at Redcar (1m) 6 days ago. Appeals as a likely player turned out quickly under a penalty.

Successful in valuable event at Gowran Park (9.5f) last summer on final outing for Joseph O'Brien. Ran to a similar level in handicaps on first 2 starts in Meydan and shaped better than bare result when eighth in a deeper C&D handicap 16 days ago. One to be interested in.

Showed fairly useful form in maiden/novice company last season, getting off the mark at Windsor (1¼m) 12 months ago. Gelded/off 11 months prior to finishing an improved second on handicap debut at Chepstow 11 days ago and this mark looks well within range.

Landed 1m Kempton novice in October 2024. Only twice raced since but not discredited on her handicap debut when seventh of 9 there (7f) 65 days ago. Still low mileage but others look better treated at these weights, however.

Won two handicaps on turf last year (latterly over C&D) showing useful form. Tailed off on his final couple of starts and whilst he finished well held on return at Ascot last month, he did have an excuse given the pace he set. This can reveal more.

Five wins at up to 1m last year on all-weather/turf. No impact on first 2 starts this spring but excuses having done far too much running mid-race when ninth of 12 in handicap at Newmarket (1m) 16 days ago. Now finds himself back on last winning mark. Cheekpieces on 1st time.

Successful twice as a 2-y-o, including on final start at Newmarket (7f, soft) in autumn 2024. Seen only 3 times last term, running well below best when last of 8 in handicap at Southwell (1m) in October. Tongue tie fitted for return

Won at Chelmsford in January for new connections and back to that sort of level when fourth at Wolverhampton (7f) in March. Seemed to find the competition a little too competitive when thirteenth in a big field York handicap (7f) 17 days ago but does now find himself back on last winning mark.

Made the frame twice on all-weather last year in what was a rather indifferent campaign and below form returning from 7 months off at Kempton (7f) 12 days ago. Entitled to strip fitter and whilst he looks a more reliable proposition on all-weather, the assessor has given him a chance.

Sole success came in 7f Southwell maiden last spring and disappointed on final couple of starts for Chris Dwyer. However, her reappearance Lingfield fifth was something akin to her best despite being forced to switch for a run. This looks a tougher ask, however.

Placed on first 3 starts before landing short odds in 5-runner novice at Chelmsford (7f) in November. Cut little ice on 7f Kempton handicap debut next start and fared little better on return from 5 months off at Lingfield 5 weeks ago.

Positively ridden when winning back-to-back handicaps at Chester/Sandown last summer. However, has yet to scale anything like the same heights in a trio of starts on all-weather/turf this season.

A competitive race of its type. RIVER KING shaped like a well-treated individual when finding only one too good on his return/handicap debut at Chepstow 11 days ago and with further progress distinctly possible, he shades preference over last week's Redcar scorer Classic Encounter. Green Triangle caught the eye in a stronger race over C&D last time and is another worth a second look.
