Invincible Army colt showed only greenness when well beaten on debut at Redcar (25/1) and is likely to need more time.

Foaled April 11. €75,000 foal, €190,000 yearling, Space Blues colt. Half-brother to 2-y-o 1m winner Bold Style and winner up to 1m Tales of Wisdom, both useful. Dam unraced half-sister to smart winner up to 1¼m Tornado Alert. Plenty to like about his pedigree and warrants a market check.

Foaled January 19. €30,000 foal, £95,000 yearling, Palace Pier colt. Dam unraced half-sister to useful winner up to 1m Angel Palm out of winning sister to Gimcrack Stakes winner Showcasing. Hails from an in-form stable that has already had a couple of debut winners this month and needs considering.

Green in the preliminaries before keeping on well to finish eighth of 15 in a valuable York novice (6f) on debut. Looks sure to improve for the step up in trip and is expected to make more impact.

Foaled March 22. 450,000 gns yearling, Frankel colt. Closely related to useful 1m winner Foniska and half-brother to 7f winner Boca Queen and winner up to 8.3f Botagoz, both useful. Yard hasn't had a juvenile win on debut this season, but this expensive purchase has to be high on the shortlist.

Foaled February 21. 45,000 gns foal, 125,000 gns yearling, Palace Pier colt. Half-brother to 12.4f winner Beat The Clock. Dam 1m winner. Stable's juveniles are in excellent form, and he looks interesting, especially if supported.

350,000 gns Starman colt was easy to back and seemed backward in terms of maturity when ninth of 15 in a valuable York novice (6f) on debut. Wasn't given anything like a hard time on that occasion, though, and has plenty of scope physically.

Foaled March 4. 60,000 gns foal, 100,000 gns yearling, Sea The Moon colt. Dam, German 9f winner, half-sister to smart 1¼m/11f winner Well Timed out of useful 1¼m winner Wells Present. Makes some appeal on pedigree but he may be one for the down the line.
