Modest form when seventh of 11 in a maiden at Kempton 19 days ago. Looks to be being brought along gradually and unlikely to figure here.

Second on debut at this course last May gives him a good chance but was only fifth of 7 at Nottingham (8/13F) when last seen in June, pulling hard and doing too much in the lead before hanging left. Returns after a year off stepping up to 6f and with well-being to prove.

Second of 15 in a listed race at Redcar last October and, though wasn't near that level when second of 7 to promising sort at Lingfield on all-weather in April on return from 7 months off, he returns to turf in maiden company with the assistance of a value claimer and has a good chance.
