Sky Sports Racing Sky 415 Restricted Maiden Stakes (GBB Race)

Rather lost his way with Amanda Perrett but pick of his form for that yard gives him a chance starting out for a team that does very well with new recruits.

Postponed colt. Dam 7f/1m winner. Equipped with a hood for belated debut and yard not known for winning with newcomers.

Always behind in maidens at Kempton/Bath.

€5,000 foal, £25,000 yearling, Profitable gelding. Closely related to winner up to 1m Paparemobeach and half-brother to 7.4f/1m winner Donn Clifs and winner up to 1m Thunderey. Dam unraced half-sister to very smart winner up to 1¼m Dux Scholar. Betting can guide.

Well held in novice/maiden.

Made the frame twice from 3 starts for Johnny Murtagh in Ireland and good placed effort both starts for this yard this season, including on handicap bow at Doncaster 17 days ago. Sets a clear standard back in a maiden.

Galileo Gold gelding. Half-brother to 6f winner Babe Alicious. Dam, maiden (stayed 10.5f), half-sister to useful 1m/8.4f winner Live Concert. Hinted at ability when mid-field in Wolverhampton maiden 3 weeks ago.

€3,500 foal, €7,000 yearling, 11,000gns 2-y-o. Fourth foal of a dam who stayed 1½m. Hopelessly green when fourth of 6 in maiden (28/1) at Bath on debut 32 days ago, very slowly away (almost refused to race). Can do better.

Half-sister to smart 9f-15f winner Gifts of Gold but made an unpromising start to career when last of 4 in novice at Wolverhampton 7 weeks ago (sold from Jack Channon for 15,500gns soon after). Headgear on.
