Fairly useful handicapper at best for the Crisfords. However, struggled for form on the Flat for R. Mike Smith and offered little over hurdles on last 2 starts. On a potentially handy mark back on the level, but change of yards needs to spark a return to form.
Mainly campaigned over hurdles of late for Micky Hammond, but back on the Flat and fitted with tongue strap he ran creditably when third of 6 in handicap at Pontefract (1¼m) on recent stable/seasonal debut. Task is now to build on latest effort.
Showed a fair level of ability in maiden/novices last season. Hasn't managed to kick on yet in handicaps, though seemed stretched by the longer trip when fourth of 8 at Lingfield (2m) 19 days ago. Worth another chance back down in distance.
Fair winner over 9f for Jennie Candlish last spring. No better than mid-division for current yard, fourth of 5 over 1¼m at Nottingham 20 days ago, but he's looked worth another try at this trip and now drops back in grade. Interesting with cheekpieces reapplied.
Cheekpieces on first time when scoring at Kempton in January for Shaun Harris and, with the headgear refitted, stepped up on recent stable debut when third of 8 at Southwell 16 days ago, despite meeting trouble. Can make his presence felt.
Returned from 5 months off with a strong-finishing third in 14-runner handicap at this course (1¼m) in March. Dropped back in grade, failed to build on that effort when fifth of 8 at Southwell (11f) 16 days ago and needs to fully confirm her effectiveness at this longer trip.
Long-standing maiden and has fared no better in 3 starts for current yard this year, finishing well held at Southwell (1m) on latest outing 17 days ago.

Forecasts
Sisterandbrother (9/4), In The Post (3/1), Piecederesistance (3/1), Recobella (7/2), It's Only Fun (11/1), Cavalry Call (18/1), Wath Court (100/1)
From his easing mark, IN THE POST wasn't disgraced before his stamina seemed to run out over 2m at Lingfield 19 days ago, so he could be ready to open his account as he drops back in trip. Sisterandbrother returned to form on his second start for his current yard and is feared most, ahead of It's Only Fun.
