Turners Fillies' Handicap

Runner-up twice in ordinary 7f maiden contests last summer. Reported to have lost her action when last seen in August and opening mark asks for more on reappearance but she's in very capable hands.

Gained third win of a productive 2026 on the all-weather at Southwell in March. Good second of 9 in handicap at Southwell (1m) 16 days ago, better than result, too and she's equally effective on turf. Major player.

Runner-up for the third time in 4 handicap starts at Windsor 11 days ago, arguably a shade unlucky given she was slowly away and also hampered. Same mark here and she should be a major factor.

Successful twice over 1m during the second half of 2025 and stepped up markedly on reappearance when adding to tally at Southwell 16 days ago. 2 lb rise in the weights shouldn't prevent a bold follow-up bid.

Came good in a 7f Musselburgh maiden in November. Not seen to best effect (caught too far back) in 1m Southwell nursery the following month. Off since and yard quite of late. Hood left off.

Improved form when making third nursery start a winning one at Ripon in September. Showed the benefit of reappearance when third at Musselburgh 19 days ago and this is a slightly lower band of handicap.

Has made the frame on 6 of her 7 outings, unlucky not to finish closer still when very good third of 8 in handicap at Windsor (1m, good, 9/1) 11 days ago, running on. Not taken lightly.

Qualified for handicaps with 3 outings over 7f on all-weather at the end of last year but her pedigree points to this longer trip suiting her better. Didn't immediately improve for 1m on Southwell reappearance 3 weeks and now switches to turf with cheekpieces on.

Failed to fully see it out all 3 starts over 7f in 2025. Similar story having raced freely over 1m at Kempton last month but handicaps are more suitable.

Winner of 6f maiden at Yarmouth for Kevin Philippart De Foy last summer but disappointing in 3 turf nurseries later in the year. Fair return to action for new connections fitted with blinkers when fifth at Southwell but more needed upped to 1m.

Maiden who was back in a more realistic grade than on reappearance at this venue and just about best effort yet when third of 12 at Leicester 3 weeks ago. Tries 1m for the first time.

Low-key start to her career over sprint trips between August and October but wouldn't be the first from this yard to transform in handicaps trying a new trip. Market check essential.

Promising debut at Salisbury for Owen Burrows last summer but little to shout about in 3 subsequent outings. Hopes pinned on application of cheekpieces.
