Regular in these big-field events here and ran much better than on his return when seventh of 17 in handicap at this course (7f, heavy, 40/1) 15 days ago. Yard going a little bit better now and he's not discounted from career-low mark.
Winner at Dundalk (7f) in September and ran at least as well when finding only one too good in 14-runner there (7f) 23 days ago 8 weeks later. Drop to the minimum trip not sure to be in his favour, however.
Thirteen runs since last win in 2024, though was a good second at Roscommon in August. Probably raced closer to pace than ideal when eighth of 15 in handicap there 7.5f, soft, 18/1) last time but overall strike rate tempers enthusiasm back from 6 months off.
Latest win at Dundalk in August but well held all 3 starts back on turf later in season. Opposable after 7 months off.
Good second at Dundalk in September but below that level following 2 starts in 2025. Others preferred after 171 days off.
Still a maiden but ran up to his best when second of 21 in handicap (11/1) at this C&D (heavy) 15 days ago, 4 lb rise perhaps a bit harsh but he's respected on the back of that.
Capitalised on falling mark at Dundalk in September. Failed to come on for comeback run when tenth of 21 in handicap at this C&D (heavy) 15 days ago. Blinkers back on.
Successful 3 times from 10 runs for George Boughey last year but below his best all 3 starts for currents connections. Has fallen to a workable mark, at least.
Winless since 2-y-o days and has made little impact in 3 starts this year. Plenty to prove.
Respectable third of 11 in handicap at Dundalk (1m) on return but not in same form when tenth of 16 in handicap at Leopardstown (7f, soft) 19 days ago. Bounce back required.
Built on previous promise when getting off the mark in 14-runner handicap at Dundalk (6f) in February and fared best of those held up despite things not really panning out his way when 1¼ lengths third of 11 to I'm Spartacus at same C&D last time. Player back on turf.
Still only one win to her name but she was a fast-finishing second in a 12-runner C&D event on return. Bit below that level both starts since, so addition of visor needs to have positive effect.
Capitalised on career-low mark to record a tenth course success at Dundalk (6f) 24 days ago. Yard still going well but record on turf not as convincing.
Fair form for Clive Cox and held form well on joining this yard at Dundalk over the winter. Bit below his best of late, though the gaps didn't appear for him when seventh of 12 in handicap at Naas (6f, good) 7 days ago.
Progressive on all-weather this winter, winning at Dundalk (7f) in February before showing even better form when runner-up there (1m) 45 days ago, just outstayed late on. Yet to prove himself at sprint trips but can't be ruled out given recent improvement.
His sole win from 29 starts came at Newcastle in December but he did go very close to a second success in a 6f Dundalk claimer in February. Below form both starts since, though.
No better than mid-field in 2 maidens last summer for P. Twomey but showed promise on her first start for current connections when fourth of 12 in maiden (33/1) at this C&D (heavy) 37 days ago. Open to improvement now handicapping, though the feeling is she might prove at her best over further.
Back on scoreboard at Dundalk (6f) in December and added another victory over that C&D last month. Found less than looked likely last time, though, so others are preferred.
Won nursery at Navan in October during busy juvenile campaign for Michael Mulvany but yet to fire for current yard.
Down the field on all 3 starts in maidens but he shaped with a bit of promise when seventh of 12 at Naas (6f) on qualifying in September. Possibly needed the run when eleventh of 21 on handicap debut at this C&D (heavy, 20/1) 15 days ago but clearly needs to find some progress.

Forecasts
Tai Tam Bay (5/1), Reposado (11/2), Genesis (8/1), I'm Spartacus (8/1), Four Blondes (9/1), Jon Riggens (10/1), Oppenheimer (10/1), Hugo's Girl (12/1), Rappell (12/1), Masked Angel (12/1), Iff In Doubt (16/1), Send Harry (16/1), Blue Anthem (18/1), This Guy (20/1), Imperial Dream (22/1), Jered Maddox (22/1), Amerilis (33/1), Platino Bianco (40/1), Green Icon (50/1), The Love Machine (100/1)
MASKED ANGEL deservedly scored at Dundalk in February and finished well from a poor position there last time, so makes most appeal returned to turf. Iff In Doubt has been an improver over the winter and looks worth a try at this sprint trip, with recent C&D second Reposado also considered.
- Masked Angel12/1
- Iff In Doubt16/1
- Reposado11/2
